Abstract

Zgłoszenie ujawnia sposób wytwarzania wieloskładnikowych mikrosfer polegający na tym, że stosuje się środek roślinny w postaci makrocząsteczek o charakterze polisacharydowym, o masie cząsteczkowej > 4 kDa, otrzymanego z liści poziomki pospolitej o stężeniu wagowym od 0,1% do 85%; do którego dodaje się nośnik, (maltodekstrynę) o stężeniu wagowym od 10% do 60%; substancję czynną; substancje pomocnicze (olej i środek powierzchniowo czynny), po czym całość wprowadza się do zbiornika zasilającego suszarki rozpyłowej, skąd przy użyciu pompy perystaltycznej mieszanina jest podawana do urządzenia rozpyłowego, a następnie mieszanina jest rozpylana do wnętrza komory suszącej, po czym odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik przy temperaturze wlotowej powietrza suszącego od 110°C do 180°C i temperaturze wylotowej powietrza od 70°C do 90°C, następnie mikrosfery suszy się i otrzymuje się mikrosfery o średnicy od 10 µm do 1 mm, z rdzeniem zestalonym lub ciekłym.
