The application also discloses a method for preparing a biocompatible oil-in-water nanoemulsion that comprises an emulsifier that comprises from 1 wt.% to 15 wt.%. belonging to the group of ethoxylated coconut amines of general formula 1, wherein R1 denotes alkyl groups derived from coconut oil, and the alkyl chain length for POE (15) coconut amine is from C12-C18, the value of n + m for POE (15) coconut amine is 15 and denotes the ethoxylation number, and an oil phase which constitutes from 0.1% by weight to 9% by weight and a water phase in the range from 76% to 99% by weight, consisting in that these components are combined together and subjected to the action of ultrasound for 10 - 30 minutes at room temperature, thereby obtaining a translucent nanoemulsion.
