Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest makroporowaty implant kostny, który charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go chitozan, agaroza, hydroksyapatyt w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku, kompleks Na-X-chitozan-ryzedronian w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku oraz zeolit Na-X sfunkcjonalizowany za pomocą chitozanu (Na-X-chitozan) w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku, rozprowadzone w 2% (v/v) wodnym roztworze kwasu octowego, przy czym proporcje wagowe stałych komponentów wynoszą odpowiednio 2% (w/v) chitozanu, 5% (w/v) agarozy, 20% (w/v) hydroksyapatytu w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku, 10% (w/v) kompleksu Na-X-chitozan-ryzedronian w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku oraz 10% (w/v) zeolitu Na-X-chitozan w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku w odniesieniu do kwasu octowego. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania implantu kostnego do leczenia złamań osteoporotycznych, który polega na tym, że agarozę, hydroksyapatyt w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku, kompleks Na-X-chitozan-ryzedronian w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku oraz zeolit Na-X sfunkcjonalizowany za pomocą chitozanu (Na-X-chitozan) w postaci proszku lub nanoproszku rozprowadza się w roztworze chitozanu przygotowanym w kwasie octowym. Następnie do jednolitej masy dodaje się wodorowęglan sodu (NaHCO3) jako porogen. Otrzymany rodzaj pasty poddaje się działaniu wysokiej temperatury, a następnie zamrożeniu oraz procesowi liofilizacji. Po liofilizacji, otrzymany biomateriał namacza się w buforowanym roztworze soli fizjologicznej (PBS) i suszy na powietrzu.
