Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie przeznaczone do monitorowania markerów metabolicznych w pocie, charakteryzujące się tym, że zawiera kolejno połączone ze sobą trwale poziomo ułożone warstwy wykonane z elastycznego materiału: warstwę górną kontaktu ze skórą (I), warstwę środkową transportu próbki (II) oraz warstwę dolną układu czujnikowego (III), przy czym warstwa górna (I) zawiera otwór do absorpcji próbki potu (IB) o polu powierzchni nie mniejszym niż 40 mm2, niezachodzącym na powierzchnię elektrod jonoselektywnych (III.F), warstwa środkowa (II) wykonana z mikroporowatej celulozowej bibuły filtracyjnej (II.A) zawiera warstwę hydrofobową tworzącą strukturę kanałów mikrofluidycznych (II.B), która jest umiejscowiona odpowiednio pod otworem (I.B) warstwy górnej (I), warstwa dolna (III) zawiera otwór wylotowy o minimalnym polu powierzchni 120 mm2 do odparowania próbki potu (III.B), który jest umiejscowiony odpowiednio pod bibułą filtracyjną (II.A) warstwy drugiej (II), oraz po przeciwległej stronie warstwa dolna (III) zawiera układ czujnikowy umiejscowiony odpowiednio pod strukturą kanałów mikrofluidycznych (II.B) warstwy drugiej (II), przy czym układ czujnikowy zawiera warstwę dielektryczną zapewniającą adhezję membran jonoselektywnych (III.C), elektrodę grafenową z membraną jonoselektywną (III.F), kontakty srebrowe (III.G) oraz warstwę izolacyjną (III.D), przy czym na warstwie (III.C) naniesione są kontakty i ścieżki srebrowe (III.G) oraz elektroda grzebieniowa do detekcji obecności próbki (III E), dalej na zakończeniu kontaktów srebrowych (III.G) umieszczone są elektrody grafenowe i membrany jonoselektywne (III.F), na których naniesiona jest warstwa izolacyjna (III.D), zakrywająca układ czujnikowy z wyłączeniem od 50% do 80% powierzchni elektrod jonoselektywnych (III.F) i od 80% do 100% powierzchni elektrody grzebieniowej (III.E). Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania urządzenia według wynalazku.The subject of the invention is a device designed for monitoring metabolic markers in sweat, characterized in that it comprises successively permanently connected horizontally arranged layers made of flexible material: an upper layer for contact with the skin (I), a middle layer for transporting the sample (II) and a lower layer of the sensor system (III), wherein the upper layer (I) comprises an opening for absorbing the sweat sample (IB) with a surface area of not less than 40 mm2, not overlapping the surface of the ion-selective electrodes (III.F), the middle layer (II) made of microporous cellulose filter paper (II.A) comprises a hydrophobic layer forming a microfluidic channel structure (II.B), which is located respectively under the opening (I.B) of the upper layer (I), the lower layer (III) comprises an outlet opening with a minimum surface area of 120 mm2 for evaporating the sweat sample (III.B), which is located respectively under the filter paper (II.A) of the second layer (II), and on the opposite side of the layer the lower one (III) comprises a sensor system located appropriately under the microfluidic channel structure (II.B) of the second layer (II), wherein the sensor system comprises a dielectric layer ensuring adhesion of the ion-selective membranes (III.C), a graphene electrode with an ion-selective membrane (III.F), silver contacts (III.G) and an insulating layer (III.D), wherein silver contacts and paths (III.G) and a comb electrode for detecting the presence of the sample (III E) are applied to the layer (III.C), further at the end of the silver contacts (III.G) graphene electrodes and ion-selective membranes (III.F) are placed, on which an insulating layer (III.D) is applied, covering the sensor system with the exception of from 50% to 80% of the surface of the ion-selective electrodes (III.F) and from 80% to 100% of the surface of the comb electrode (III.E). Another subject of the application is a method of manufacturing a device according to the invention.
