Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest technologia zastosowania kruszywa z recyklingu do betonu w konstrukcjach żelbetowych z zastosowaniem zbrojenia rozproszonego i skład mieszanki betonowej. The subject of the application is the technology for using recycled aggregate in reinforced concrete structures using dispersed reinforcement and the composition of the concrete mix. The application describes the use of recycled aggregate in reinforced concrete structures using dispersed reinforcement by mixing it with a binder in the form of cement, sand with a fraction of 0-2 mm, water, and a new-generation water-reducing and plasticizing admixture. The admixture replaces natural aggregate with a fraction above 2 mm with recycled aggregate while simultaneously adding dispersed fibers in amounts ranging from 0.5% to 2.0% by weight of the cement used. The fibers are added at the very end through gradual dosing. The prepared mix is placed in a concrete mold and then compacted using internal or external vibrators. A concrete mix containing recycled concrete aggregate with a fraction from 2 to 16 mm, sand with a fraction from 0 to 2 mm, CEM I 42.5 R cement, water and a new generation water-reducing and plasticizing admixture is characterized by the fact that it contains cement in the amount of 320 kg/m3, sand in the amount of 742 kg/m3, recycled concrete aggregate in the amount of 1203 kg/m3, water in the amount of 128 kg/m3, Chryso Plast Omega 132 admixture in the amount of 1.75% (5.6 kg/m3) in relation to the amount of cement used and dispersed fibers in the amount of 0.5% to 2!% in relation to the amount of cement used.
