Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest beton o ultra wytrzymałości, odporny na korozję z włóknami stalowymi i polipropylenowymi, odporny na mróz i siarczany składa się z cementu portlandzkiego CEM I 52,5 N-HSR/NA w ilości 650 ÷ 700 kg/m3, korzystnie 670,5 kg/m3, kruszywa granitowego o frakcji 2/8 mm w ilości 964 ÷ 1010 kg/m3, korzystnie 990 kg/m3, piasku kwarcowego o frakcji 0,1/2 mm w ilości 487 ÷ 510 kg/m3, korzystnie 500 kg/m3, wody wodociągowej w ilości 173 ÷ 186 l/m3, korzystnie 178 l/m3, mikrokrzemionki w ilości 71,5 ÷ 77 kg/m3, korzystnie 74,5 kg/m3, superplastyfikatora - eteru polikarboksylanu w ilości 19 ÷ 20,5 l/m3, korzystnie 20 l/m3, włókien stalowych w ilości 31,2 ÷ 46,8 kg/m3 - 0,4 ÷ 0,6%, korzystnie 39 kg/m3 - 0,5%, włókien polipropylenowych w ilości 3,6 ÷ 5,4 kg/m3 - 0,4 ÷ 0,6%, korzystnie 4,5 kg/m3 0,5%, którego powierzchnia po 28 dniach dojrzewania betonu impregnowana jest związkiem krzemoorganicznym - alkiloalkoksysilanem w rozpuszczalniku organicznym w ilości 150 ÷ 250 g/m2, korzystnie 200 g/m2.The subject of the application is ultra-strong concrete, resistant to corrosion with steel and polypropylene fibers, resistant to frost and sulphate, consists of Portland cement CEM I 52.5 N-HSR / NA in the amount of 650 ÷ 700 kg / m3, preferably 670.5 kg / m3, granite aggregate with a 2/8 mm fraction in an amount of 964 ÷ 1010 kg / m3, preferably 990 kg / m3, quartz sand with a 0.1 / 2 mm fraction in an amount of 487 ÷ 510 kg / m3, preferably 500 kg / m3, tap water in the amount of 173 ÷ 186 l / m3, preferably 178 l / m3, microsilica in the amount of 71.5 ÷ 77 kg / m3, preferably 74.5 kg / m3, superplasticizer - polycarboxylate ether in the amount of 19 ÷ 20.5 l / m3, preferably 20 l / m3, steel fibers in an amount of 31.2 ÷ 46.8 kg / m3 - 0.4 ÷ 0.6%, preferably 39 kg / m3 - 0.5%, polypropylene fibers in an amount of 3 , 6 ÷ 5.4 kg / m3 - 0.4 ÷ 0.6%, preferably 4.5 kg / m3 0.5%, the surface of which after 28 days of concrete maturation is impregnated with an organosilicon compound - alkylalkoxysilane in an organic solvent in an amount of 150-250 g / m2, preferably 200 g / m2.
