Abstract
Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przeciwciało 2A3 do zastosowania w terapii CAR-T do leczenia nowotworów wykazujących nadekspresję białka wybranego spośród CEACAM1, CEACAM3, CEACAM5, CEACAM6 albo jednocześnie wszystkich wymienionych. The subject of the application is the 2A3 antibody, characterized in that it exhibits multispecificity towards CEACAM family proteins selected from the group consisting of CEACAM1, CEACAM3, CEACAM5, and CEACAM6. Furthermore, the subject of the application is a nucleic acid molecule encoding the antibody defined in the invention, a vector containing said nucleic acid molecule, and a CAR construct with said antibody. Another subject of the application is the 2A3 antibody for use in CAR-T therapy for the treatment of cancers overexpressing a protein selected from CEACAM1, CEACAM3, CEACAM5, CEACAM6, or all of the above.
