Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przeciwciało 2A3 charakteryzujące się tym, że wykazuje wielospecyficzność wobec białek z rodziny CEACAM wybranych z grupy obejmującej CEACAM1, CEACAM3, CEACAM5, CEACAM6. Ponadto przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest cząsteczka kwasu nukleinowego kodująca przeciwciało określone w wynalazku, wektor zawierający wymienioną cząsteczkę kwasu nukleinowego oraz konstrukt CAR z wymienionym przeciwciałem. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przeciwciało 2A3 do zastosowania w terapii CAR-T do leczenia nowotworów wykazujących nadekspresję białka wybranego spośród CEACAM1, CEACAM3, CEACAM5, CEACAM6 albo jednocześnie wszystkich wymienionych.
