Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do zrywania strąków (1) przewidziane do ciągnięcia za traktorem lub ciągnikiem (12), zawierające zestaw transporterów (3, 6, 7, 9). Zawiera także bęben czeszący (4) oraz wyciąg oczyszczający (8) przymocowane do konstrukcji nośnej (2), a bęben czeszący (4) zawiera elastomerowe palce rozmieszczone obwodowo, i jest on umieszczony pod współbieżnie pracującą parą transporterów pobierających (9), a ponad transporterem (3) na nieoczyszczony surowiec, natomiast pod transporterami pobierającymi (9) umieszczona jest tarcza tnąca (13). Elastomerowe palce, mają specjalny karbowany kształt oraz szczelinę do zamontowania w korpusie bębna czeszącego (4), a ich twardość mieści się w zakresie od 40° do 90° ShA.
