Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób elektrochemicznego wytwarzania powłok cynkowych polegający na wstępnym oczyszczaniu chemicznym w kąpieli przy zastosowaniu mieszania hydrodynamicznego, charakteryzujący się tym, że nakłada się warstwę konwersyjną na powłokę cynkową z dodatkiem nanostruktur haloizytowych z upakowaną berberyną w ilości 0,1 do 1 g/l, korzystnie 0,5 g/l w kąpieli pasywacji o składzie: Kwas azotowy 0,5% do 2,5%, Siarczan wodorotlenek chromu 0,75% do 2,5%, Fluorek amonu do 0,2%, Kwas siarkowy do 0,2% w temperaturze 20°C do 30°C przez 1 min i poddaje się procesowi suszenia.The subject of the application is a method of electrochemical production of zinc coatings consisting in preliminary chemical cleaning in a bath using hydrodynamic mixing, characterized in that a conversion layer is applied to the zinc coating with the addition of halloysite nanostructures with packed berberine in an amount of 0.1 to 1 g/l, preferably 0.5 g/l in a passivation bath with the composition: Nitric acid 0.5% to 2.5%, Chromium hydroxide sulphate 0.75% to 2.5%, Ammonium fluoride up to 0.2%, Sulphuric acid up to 0.2% at a temperature of 20°C to 30°C for 1 min and subjected to a drying process.
