Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób elektrochemicznego wytwarzania powłok cynkowych polegający na wstępnym oczyszczaniu chemicznym w kąpieli przy zastosowaniu mieszania hydrodynamicznego, charakteryzujący się tym, że nakłada się warstwę konwersyjną na powłokę cynkową z dodatkiem nanostruktur haloizytowych z upakowaną berberyną w ilości 0,1 do 1 g/l, korzystnie 0,5 g/l w kąpieli pasywacji o składzie: Kwas azotowy 0,5% do 2,5%, Siarczan wodorotlenek chromu 0,75% do 2,5%, Fluorek amonu do 0,2%, Kwas siarkowy do 0,2% w temperaturze 20°C do 30°C przez 1 min i poddaje się procesowi suszenia.
