Abstract

Momentomierz o dużym zakresie pomiarowym zawierający nieruchomą obudowę, który zbudowany jest z wykorzystaniem wydrążonego wałka atakującego (02), osadzonego i obracającego się w łożyskach głównych (06) wewnątrz nieruchomej obudowy (01), ponadto wewnątrz wałka atakującego (02) umieszczony jest wałek zdawczy (03), wsparty na łożyskach pomiarowych (04) i połączony z wałkiem atakującym za pomocą elementu sprężystego (09), przy czym oba wałki (02, 03) połączone są elastycznym elementem sprężystym (09) o charakterystyce liniowej lub progresywnej, przy czym tarcza znacznikowa przymocowana jest do wałka zdawczego, natomiast odpowiadający jej fotoelektryczny czujnik położenia przymocowany jest do nieruchomej obudowy. Bęben znacznikowy przymocowany jest do wałka atakującego, natomiast odpowiadający mu fotoelektryczny czujnik położenia przymocowany jest do nieruchomej obudowy, przy czym pomiar momentu obrotowego jest proporcjonalny do kąta skrętu obu wałków, określanego na podstawie opóźnienia wałka zdawczego (03) w stosunku do wałka atakującego (02).
