Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób modyfikacji asfaltu drogowego dodatkiem mineralno-tlenkowym, w którym składnikiem jest zeolit naturalny lub syntetyczny, który polega na tym, że miesza się zeolit naturalny lub syntetyczny z tlenkiem miedzi w postaci nanocząstek w proporcji masowej od 20:1 do 10:1 i dodaje się powstałą mieszaninę do upłynnionego asfaltu w ilości od 4% do 6% w stosunku do masy asfaltu oraz miesza się w temperaturze od 150°C do 180°C do uzyskania homogenicznej mieszaniny przez czas od 5 do 20 min.The subject of the application is a method of modifying road asphalt with a mineral-oxide additive, in which the ingredient is natural or synthetic zeolite, which consists in mixing natural or synthetic zeolite with copper oxide in the form of nanoparticles in a mass ratio of 20:1 to 10:1 and adding the resulting mixture to liquefied asphalt in an amount of 4% to 6% in relation to the mass of asphalt and mixing at a temperature of 150°C to 180°C until a homogeneous mixture is obtained for a time of 5 to 20 minutes.
