Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób modyfikacji lepiszczy asfaltowych z zastosowaniem dwuskładnikowego mineralno-tlenkowego dodatku, w którym składnikiem jest zeolit naturalny lub syntetyczny, który polega na tym, że miesza się zeolit naturalny lub syntetyczny z tlenkiem tytanu w postaci nanocząstek w proporcji masowej od 20:1 do 10:1 i dodaje się powstałą mieszaninę do upłynnionego lepiszcza asfaltowego w ilości od 4% do 6% w stosunku do masy lepiszcza asfaltowego oraz miesza się w temperaturze od 150°C do 180°C do uzyskania homogenicznej mieszaniny przez czas od 5 do 20 min.The subject of the application is a method of modifying asphalt binders using a two-component mineral-oxide additive, in which the component is natural or synthetic zeolite, which consists in mixing natural or synthetic zeolite with titanium oxide in the form of nanoparticles in a mass ratio of 20:1 to 10:1 and adding the resulting mixture to a liquefied asphalt binder in an amount of 4% to 6% in relation to the mass of the asphalt binder and mixing at a temperature of 150°C to 180°C until a homogeneous mixture is obtained for a time of 5 to 20 minutes.
