Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania składnika poliolowego, w którym to sposobie podgrzewa się ciągle mieszając olej albo epoksydowany olej z katalizatorem, w ilości od 2% do 3% w stosunku do masy oleju oraz modyfikatorem, w ilości 2 - 3 moli w stosunku do masy molowej oleju, po czym dodaje się elastyczną piankę poliuretanową, z zachowaniem stosunku masowego oleju albo oleju epoksydowanego do pianki wynoszącego od 1:0,5 do 1:1,5, ciągle mieszając do rozpuszczenia pianki.
