Jednoczesnie jednak zostaja wlaczo¬ ne styczniki 16 i 17, wskutek czego silnik 2 zostaje wlaczony dwoma przewodami do zródla pradu sta¬ lego, np. do napedzanej z sieci przetwornicy, do pradnicy hamowania 18 i do oporników 19, zwiera¬ jacych wirnik. PL PLPriority: Published: 04.VI.1960 (P 93 951) 2LXI.1959 German Democratic Republic 4.Y.1964 48216 a\%o ki. 35 a.aaare MKP B 66 b //30 UKD LIBRARY of the Patent Office Patent owner: VEB Starkstrom — Anlagenbau Erfurt, Erfurt (German Democratic Republic) Device for regulating the braking torque of a slip-ring asynchronous motor intended for driving mine hoists to a constant value The present invention relates to an addition to patent No. 47 637, however only in application to motors with a slip-ring rotor. The braking torque of such a motor, which operates as a separately excited generator during the braking process, is regulated to a constant, set value at a variable frequency. This regulation is necessary to ensure that the braking distance specified by the device according to the main patent is actually maintained. Constant regulation of the braking torque has so far only been known for hoists driven by DC motors. The means and methods used in such a case cannot be used for three-phase motors for the reasons discussed in the main patent. When the contactor 12 discussed in the main patent, which switches on the delay, is released, it switches off the contactors 13 and 14, and the motor is disconnected from the mains and from the liquid starter 15. At the same time, however, contactors 16 and 17 are switched on, as a result of which the motor 2 is connected via two wires to a DC source, e.g., a mains-driven converter, to the braking generator 18 and to the resistors 19 short-circuiting the rotor. According to the invention, the magnetizing winding of the braking generator is excited by means of a magnetic amplifier. The magnetic amplifier is controlled by the difference of two direct voltages, one of which corresponds to the set value of the braking torque, the other one is dependent on the actual value of the braking torque and is obtained by means of an electric calculating device based on the quotient of the rotor power of the motor being braked. number of revolutions. It is best if such a calculating device is a motor-generator set, which in the following description is referred to as a control machine. The operation of the device according to the invention is explained in more detail in the drawing, in which the parts discussed in the main patent have the same designations here. The rotor 23a of the motor of the control machine is supplied via a rectifier 24 with the voltage of the rotor of the braked motor 2. The magnetizing winding 23b is supplied with a voltage dependent on the number of revolutions, generated by means of a tachometric generator 1 and made independent of the direction of rotation by means of a rectifier 3. The number of revolutions of the control machine 23 is therefore proportional to the quotient - the rotor voltage of the motor 2 subjected to braking - the number of revolutions. The magnetizing winding 23c of the generator is supplied via rectifier 25 with a voltage that is generated in dependence on the rotor current of motor 2, through one of the rotor shorting resistors 19. As a result, the voltage at the rotor terminals of generator 23d is proportional to the rotor voltage X rotor current of the motor size - number of revolutions ka 2 being braked, and therefore proportional to the torque at a given moment. The voltage at the rotor terminals 23d of the generator is applied to control winding 20b of magnetic amplifier 20. Control winding 20a receives a fixed DC voltage via potentiometer 22, corresponding to the constant value of the set braking torque. The currents flowing in the control windings 20a and 20b are opposed to each other and thus influence the alternating current flowing through the magnetic amplifier 20, rectified by the rectifier 21 and fed to the excitation winding 18a of the braking generator 18. In this way, the excitation of the motor 2, operating as a variable-frequency generator, is set so that the braking torque remains constant.
