Ponadto, dzieki wystepujacym W niej znacznie mniejszym luzom w porównaniu do lu- zflw wystepujacych w prasach mechanicznych, uzy¬ skuje sie wyeliminowanie .sil wybaczajacych i gwaltownych zmian nacisków, a przez to kilku¬ nastokrotne zwiekszenie zywotnosci narzedzia tlocznego. Prasa hydrauliczna wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z nastepujacych podstawowych zespolów: korpu¬ su, zespolu napedowego, zespolu prowadzacego i ukladu stolów roboczych, do których sa moco¬ wane narzedzia tloczne. Stoly 4, 15, 16 i 12 sa zaopatrzone w zna¬ ne kanaly teowe 18, sluzace do mocowania narze¬ dzi, a stoly 4 i 16 dodatkowo w otwory zsypowe 19, którymi odprowadzane sa wykrawane detale. W trakcie ruchu prasy do góry, pracuje narzedzie tloczne 20a i 21a, a równoczesnie nastepuje przesuniecie tasmy me¬ talowej wzdluz matrycy 20 w dolnej czesci prasy.Dzieki umieszczeniu czolowych powierzchni ro¬ boczych stempli 21 i 21a w przesunietych wzgledem siebie plaszczyznach poziomych, uzyskuje sie stop¬ niowe zaglebianie poszczególnych ich narzadów 5 roboczych w blache i równomierne obciazenie hy¬ draulicznego zespolu napedowego prasy. Prasa hydrauliczna wedlug wynalazku moze zna¬ lezc zastosowanie w tlocznictwie, zwlaszcza do 35 procesów wykrawania i krepowania elementów z blach i tasm metalowych. Edmund Nowak Patent owner: Olkuskie Zaklady Wytwarzanie Sprzętu Instalacyjnego, Wierbka k/Olkusza (Poland) Hydraulic press, especially for sheet metal punching The subject of the invention is a double-acting hydraulic press, working alternately with two pressing tools, which is adapted especially for punching and creping of elements from sheet metal or metal strips. In the stamping industry, hydraulic presses are so far used mainly for deep drawing of sheet metal, while punching and creping operations are usually performed on mechanical presses of the eccentric type. The reason for this is primarily that the sudden loading of the tool upon contact with the sheet metal, occurring during punching processes, causes the incompressible fluid to impact the press drive mechanism, which, under significant loads, can damage it. On the other hand, it is known that mechanical eccentric presses are characterized by significantly higher production speeds (the number of working strokes per unit of time). However, studies of stamping processes, and particularly the sheet metal punching process, have shown that machining on mechanical presses is associated with significantly shorter tool life due to the necessary clearances in the press drive mechanisms. Transverse play causes the generation of forgiving forces on the working part of the stamping tool, while axial play causes it to stop at the moment of contact with the surface of the sheet metal being punched (so-called dead-beating), which leads to faster wear and reduces the tool's service life. The above-mentioned inconveniences, occurring when performing punching operations both with mechanical presses and with previously known hydraulic presses, are eliminated by the hydraulic press according to the invention thanks to the fact that the non-front surfaces of the punches are located in two or more horizontal planes in its stamping tool, causing the punches to gradually sink into the sheet metal being punched and uniformly loading the drive system. press, thus eliminating sudden fluid impacts. The press according to the invention is further equipped with a double table system, enabling the simultaneous mounting of two independent pressing tools and its double-sided operation, as a result of which it eliminates idle strokes and enables obtaining a correspondingly increased efficiency, similar to the efficiency of mechanical presses. Moreover, thanks to the significantly smaller clearances occurring in it in comparison to the clearances occurring in mechanical presses, it is possible to eliminate forgiving forces and sudden pressure changes, and thus increase the service life of the pressing tool several times. Since the cost of the pressing tool is relatively high and constitutes a significant share of the cost of the workpieces being punched or The obtained increase in service life results in a significant reduction in production costs. The invention is exemplified in the drawing showing a hydraulic press in vertical section. The hydraulic press according to the invention consists of the following basic units: a body, a drive unit, a guiding unit and a system of work tables to which the pressing tools are attached. The press body consists of a base 1, an external housing 2 and an internal housing 3 connected to it. A stationary table 4 is attached to the upper part of the body. The drive unit consists of a cylinder 5 connected to the internal housing 3 and provided with a sealing disc 6 and a cover 7. and a piston 8 slidably mounted inside this cylinder, connected to a piston rod 9 sliding in guide sleeves 10 of the internal housing 3. The guiding unit consists of a system of preferably four columns 11, arranged symmetrically with respect to the press axis and attached to the internal housing 3, and in the upper part connected by means of an upper stationary table 12, with slidable sleeves 13 mounted on these columns, connected at the bottom by means of a plate 14 to the piston rod 9, and at the top by means of two movable tables. The movable table 15 cooperates with the lower stationary table, and the movable table 16 — with the upper stationary table. 12. Furthermore, the sleeves 13 are slidably mounted in bearings 17 located in the lower stationary table 4. Tables 4, 15, 16 and 12 are provided with known T-channels 18 for mounting tools, and tables 4 and 16 are additionally provided with discharge openings 19 through which the cut-out details are discharged. The hydraulic press according to the invention enables mounting and alternating operation of two sets of pressing tools. The die 20 of one of these sets is attached to the lower stationary table 4, and its punch 21 to the movable table 15, while the die 20a of the other set is attached to the movable table 16, and its punch 21a to the fixed upper table. 12. The punches 21 and 21a are made in such a way that their front working surfaces are located in two or more horizontal planes a and b, wherein the mutual distance h between these planes is approximately 0.3 of the thickness of the sheet metal being punched. The operation of the hydraulic press described above is as follows: two sets of tools 20 and 21 and 20a and 21a attached to the pairs of tables 4 and 15 and 16 and 12 of the press, respectively, work alternately. Namely, during the downward movement of the press (arrow I in the drawing), the pressing tool 20, 21 works in the lower part of the press, and at the same time the strip is moved over the surface of the die 20a, in its upper part. During the upward movement of the press, the pressing tool 20a and 21a, and at the same time the metal strip is moved along the die 20 in the lower part of the press. By placing the front working surfaces of the punches 21 and 21a in horizontal planes offset from each other, a gradual penetration of their individual working elements into the sheet metal is achieved and an even load is applied to the hydraulic press drive unit. Studies have shown that when the tool penetrates to a depth h of approximately 0.3 times the sheet metal thickness, the fibers are almost completely torn, after which the cut-out part is simply pushed into the die opening. As a result, the most appropriate displacement of the horizontal planes a, b, in which the front working surfaces are located, The punches correspond to a height of 15 h, which is equal to 0.3 times the thickness of the sheet metal being punched. The hydraulic press according to the invention is particularly suitable for punching and creping elements cut from sheet metal strips by shifting the frontal surfaces of the punches, which allows the working part of the tool to gradually penetrate the material. It enables the use of large multi-operational tools, for which the total pressure can significantly exceed the maximum working pressure of the press, and thanks to the significantly reduced clearances, compared to the clearances occurring in mechanical presses, it allows for a several-fold increase in tool life. Furthermore, thanks to the double-sided operation of the press, achieved by using two pairs of work tables, a corresponding increase in its The hydraulic press according to the invention can be used in the press industry, especially for cutting and creping elements from sheet metal and metal strips.
