Description

Opublikowano- 18.VI.1965 49480 KI 21 c, 68/70 MKP UKD Wspóltwórcy wynalazku: mgr inz. Pojawiajace sie w chwili zwarcia oba sygnaly pradowy i napieciowy przekazywane sa do czlonu kierunkowego 4.Na wyjsciu czlonu kierunkowego znajduje sie kondensator 9 ladowany pradem, którego wielkosc zalezy od przesuniecia fazowego miedzy sygna¬ lami napieciowymi i pradowymi. W obwo¬ dzie przekladnika napieciowego 1 znajduje sie opornik 7 i kondensator 8 przystosowujacy prze¬ kaznik do sieci skompensowanych i nieskompenso- wanych. PL PLPublished - 18.VI.1965 49480 KI 21 c, 68/70 MKP UKD Co-inventors of the invention: Jan Lyskanowski, M.Sc. Eng., Antoni {^i^*-1 ' Wysocki \ Patent owner: Electrotechnical Institute, Warsaw (Poland) Transistor earth fault relay for high voltage networks The invention relates to a transistor earth fault relay for high voltage networks. Known solutions of earth fault relays contain very sensitive electromechanical devices in order to obtain directionality, which require constant maintenance and are also not very resistant to shocks. The transistor earth fault relay for high voltage networks according to the invention is distinguished from known solutions in that to obtain transverse selectivity it contains A transistor directional element based on a logical product circuit that measures the phase shift between the voltage and current flowing in the network, clearly identifying the location of the ground fault and allowing for selective tripping. To prevent relay malfunction, the directional element is preceded by the operation of a transistor overcurrent element, which operates at a specific current value. The essence of the invention is therefore the elimination of unreliable mechanical elements by using transistor-based measuring elements. The invention will be explained in detail based on the circuit shown in the drawing. The factors that respond to the appearance of zero-sequence components are two filter systems: a voltage circuit 1 consisting of voltage transformers, and a current circuit 2 consisting of a Ferranti-type differential transformer. Both the current and voltage signals appearing at the moment of a short circuit are transmitted to a directional element 4. At the output of the directional element is a capacitor 9 charged with a current, the magnitude of which depends on the phase shift between the voltage and current signals. Once the starting voltage of the flip-flop 5 is exceeded, auxiliary relay 6 is excited, which provides a tripping pulse through its contacts. To prevent the relay from malfunctioning, the directional element is preceded by an overcurrent element 3 in the flip-flop circuit, which operates at a specific current value. Voltage transformer 1 includes a resistor 7 and a capacitor 8 that adapt the relay to compensated and uncompensated networks.
