Tego rodzaju uklad daje znaczne korzysci, gdyz ograniczone sa do minimum powierzchnie trace, a umiejscowienie osi lozyskowan laczników w matry¬ cach poza plaszczyzna podzialu matryc stwarza mozliwosc zastosowania latwo wymiennych laczni¬ ków o rozmaitych dlugosciach i szerokosciach. Oczywiscie mozna zamiast laczników o wkleslych powierzch¬ niach roboczych zastosowac równiez laczniki o swy - puklych powierzchniach roboczych, a podstawa, glowice i matryce urzadzenia wyposazyc w wklesle powierzchnie lozyskowe wspólpracujace z lacznika¬ mi.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku mocuje sie na prasie. Jest ono napedzane suwakiem prasy. Urza¬ dzenie moze byc zaopatrzone w naped wlasny. 1, fig. 4 — laczniki z wkle¬ slymi powierzchniami roboczymi w rzucie aksono- metrycznym, fig. 5 — lacznik z wypuklymi powierz¬ chniami roboczymi w rzucie aksonometrycznym.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z zes¬ polu górnego i zespolu dolnego.Zespól górny sklada sie z zamocowanej do suwa¬ ka prasy glowicy 1, do której zamocowano walki lozyskowe 2. Tadeusz Rut Patent owner: Centralne Laboratorium Obróbki Plastycznej, Poznan (Poland) C<] i- i O Device for special purpose of special purpose device for ... The dies intended for fluxing were guided slidably during fluxing. 15 In the device according to the above-mentioned Polish patent, the connectors are arranged in the plane of the dies' division. For each upper die, two coaxially mounted connectors were used, mounted on the sides of the dies. This arrangement was not advantageous in all cases, as the die width was limited by the spacing of the connectors, and, moreover, transverse bending forces occurred on the die, which could cause its deformation. The aim of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages. According to the invention, this is achieved in such a way that both the head of the device, attached to the press slide, and its base, attached to the press table, are equipped with articulated connectors that change the angle of inclination under the pressure of the press. The dies are attached to the connectors, with the connector bearing axes in the upper dies located above the die separation plane, while the connector bearing axes in the lower die are located below this separation plane. This type of arrangement offers significant advantages, as it minimizes the wear surfaces, and the location of the connector bearing axes in the dies outside the die separation plane allows for the use of easily interchangeable connectors of various lengths and widths. This allows for any desired range of movement of the dies of any width, which was not possible with previous devices. It is advantageous if the device's connectors are arranged along the entire width of the dies. Due to this and the high efficiency of the machine, large-width dies with a series of adjacent cutouts can be used. This allows for the processing of several elements simultaneously, or for the processing of a single element sequentially in individual die cutouts, or for the processing of a series of elements in a flow system, meaning that during each working movement, as many elements as there are cutouts are processed, with the individual elements being moved to the next cutout after each working movement. The positioning of the connectors can be done in virtually any way. It is advantageous if, in order to attach the connectors to the head, the device base and the dies, rollers or roller segments are attached transversely to the direction of movement of the dies during the forming process. Connectors with concave cylindrical recesses are mounted between the die rollers and the head or base rollers, into which the rollers fit. Two rollers belonging to one connector are connected to each other at their ends by means of links. Of course, instead of connectors with concave working surfaces, connectors with two-convex working surfaces can also be used, and the base, head and dies of the device can be equipped with concave bearing surfaces cooperating with the connectors. The device according to the invention is mounted on a press. It is driven by the press slide. The device may be provided with its own drive. An exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the device in a longitudinal section, on the left side the position before the working stroke is shown, on the right side the position at the end of the working stroke, Fig. 2 - the device in a top view, where on the left side the device is shown after removing the upper assembly, Fig. 3 - the device in a cross-section of the transverse plane along the line A - A in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 - connectors with concave working surfaces in an axonometric projection, Fig. 5 - connector with convex working surfaces in an axonometric projection. The device according to the invention consists of an upper assembly and The upper assembly consists of a head 1 attached to the press slide, to which bearing rollers 2 are attached. Similar rollers are mounted in the upper die 7. Between the rollers there is a connector 3. The rollers 2 are connected to each other by links 4. The lower assembly consists of a base 5, attached to the press table. Four bearing rollers 2a are attached to the base, two on each side of the base. Two bearing rollers 2a are also attached to each lower die 6. Connectors 3 are attached between the base rollers and the die rollers. The device is equipped with pneumatic cylinders 12 that return the dies to their initial position after the working movement, i.e. to the stop c of the stop 8. The lower dies have a projection 10 which rests on the upper dies. The upper dies contain one or more cutouts in which the working inserts 11 are fastened, and the lower dies contain working inserts 9, respectively. The device according to the invention operates as follows: During the working stroke of the press, when the dies close, the processed rod 13 is clamped in the correspondingly knurled clamping inserts 9 and 11. After the upper dies have come into contact with the lower dies, the press slide, pressing through the head 1 on the bearing rollers 2, the upper die 7 and the lower die 6, causes an increase in the inclination of the connectors 3 fastened to the base and thus causes the dies to move in the central direction and the processed rod 13 to be bent. During the return stroke of the press ram, or after this stroke, the dies are moved back to their initial position by the action of the pneumatic cylinder 15. The device shown as an example in the drawing (Fig. 3) has three die cuts. This device allows the rod to be forged in three operations, one after the other in each die cut.
