Description
Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest konsola z podswietlonymi elementami przeznaczona do umieszczania sprzetu RTV. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiada indywidualny charakter nadany jej w szczególnosci przez strukture materialu pólprzezroczystego oraz jego podswietlenie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia konsole w rzucie aksonometrycznym, a Fig.2 przedstawia konsole w przekroju poziomym A-A. Konsola sklada sie z dwóch slupków w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, które maja wybrania do zamocowania w nich szklanych pólek, przy czym istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ozdobny material pólprzezroczysty, kamien onyks, z którego wykonane sa slupki z wybraniami oraz umieszczone w slupkach zarówki i urzadzenie elektroniczne zmieniajace natezenie zródla swiatla w zaleznosci od tonacji i natezenia muzyki odtwarzanej przez urzadzenie AV. Podswietlenie od srodka slupków nadaje konsoli zdobniczy wyglad zewnetrzny oraz spelnia funkcje oswietleniowa pomieszczenia w którym sie znajduje.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is a console with illuminated elements intended for housing audio/video equipment. The industrial design is novel and unique, given its distinctive character in particular by the structure of the translucent material and its backlighting. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the console in an axonometric projection, and Fig. 2 shows the console in a horizontal cross-section A-A. The console consists of two cuboid-shaped posts with recesses for mounting glass shelves. The essential features of the industrial design include the decorative translucent material, the onyx stone from which the recessed posts are made, and the light bulbs located within the posts and an electronic device that varies the light source's intensity depending on the tone and volume of the music played by the AV device. The backlighting from the inside of the pillars gives the console a decorative external appearance and serves as lighting for the room in which it is located. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
