Zeby prowadzace toru jezdnego sa w rózny sposób zamocowane do noza. Jezeli zeby te sa przyspawane bezposrednio do tylnego obrzeza waskiego, wygietego lukowato noza, zamocowa¬ nego obustronnie w jego uchwytach, to wówczas istnieje niebezpieczenstwo znacznego zmniejszenia sztywnosci noza. Znane sa równiez urzadzenia do oglawiania 15 buraków, zaopatrzone w nóz i zeby prowadzace, wytloczone z jednego elementu. Uchwyty noza moga byc w tych urzadzeniach umieszczone z boku przenosnika tasmowego, w zwiazku z czym przenosnik ten lezy wzglednie gleboko. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie do oglawiania buraków, w widoku z boku, fig. 2 — urzadzenie w widoku z góry i fig. 3 — odmiane urzadzenia w widoku z góry.Pod przenosnikiem tasmowym 1 znajduje sie podpórka 2 majaca zamocowany na jednym jej koncu uchwyt 3 mocujacy nóz 4 Nad nozem 4 M umieszczone jest kolo dotykowe 5 a do uchwytu 3 przyspawane sa zeby prowadzace 6 tworzace tor posuwu do glów buraków. Wewnetrzne zeby pro¬ wadzace sa z jednego ich konca zagiete i tworza krzywizny 7 zwrócone w Jderunku srodka toru 25 posuwu a drugie ich konce sa skierowane do tylu i sa ustawione wzgledem siebie równolegle, w okreslonej odleglosci 8. Z grzbietu noza wy¬ staje jezyk 9 który zamyka wolna przestrzen z tylu noza 4 Do krzywizn 7 wewnetrznych ao zebów prowadzacych moga byc przyspawane dai- sze zeby prowadzace li. 3 stanowia charakterystyczna ceche kon¬ strukcyjna odmiany urzadzenia wedlug wyna¬ lazku. Patent owner: VEB Bodenbearbeitungsgerate Leipzig (German Democratic Republic). in harvesting machines, provided with a feed path adjacent to the knife cutting the head of the beet, consisting of individual guide rods directed towards the back. beetroots and enables their heads to be cut to the required height. There is no belt conveyor nearby that would enable the cut beet heads to be transported to a bunker, railway wagon, or a yard. Due to the fact that the knife is at a different height than the conveyor belt, the differences in this height are overcome by the individual teeth guiding the runway, directed to the rear. At the same time, the tactile wheel acts as a conveying element, which enables the cut heads of the craters to be moved over the track onto the conveyor belt. The runway follows the curvature of the tactile wheel. The runner teeth are attached to the knife in different ways. If these teeth are welded directly to the rear rim of a narrow, curved knife fixed on both sides in its handles, then there is a risk of a significant reduction in the stiffness of the knife. For this reason, a transverse support is placed on the back of the knife, to which the guide teeth are welded. The transverse support, however, inhibits the free movement of the beet heads and inevitably clogs the device. Another design solution again consists in making a cutout on the spine of the knife and in welding guide teeth in these cuts. This achieves a sufficient strength of the welded spots, but the welding temperature has a very unfavorable effect on the strength of the narrow knife. There are also known beetle-honing devices with a knife and guide teeth, made of a single piece. In this case, however, a great deal of material and tools is consumed. All the previously known types of fastening of the teeth leading to the knife have, in addition, the significant drawback that the length of these teeth cannot exceed certain dimensions. If these are too long, then springing properties of the teeth arise, and that they negatively affect the operation of the device. Due to the fact that the cross-section of the free space formed between the track and the touch wheel is adapted to the height of the head bones beetroot, therefore the transport of these; heads. 52966WWK The second guide tines, however, bend sideways under the influence of the applied loads, which makes it impossible to achieve the pressure required for transporting the heads in this case. The shifted beet heads then clog the whole device and switch it off. Due to the fact that a narrow knife is not. it is very resistant to the forces of rotation, so it is often distorted and destroyed. On the other hand, it is impossible to repair bent guide teeth and a deformed knife without using a workshop. The feet of one- and two-row beetroot fishing devices are sufficiently short for the guiding, as the height difference between the face and the conveyor belt is small. in three-row machines and more, such fixing of the knife holders is impossible and then the knife holders must be placed at the front under the belt conveyor. This results in a higher positioning of the conveyor belt. However, in order to overcome greater differences in height, it is necessary to use long guide tines, which in turn have known disadvantages with previously known designs. The invention also aims to attach long guide tines to the rear. a knife on the beetroot viewing device, which does not inhibit the beetle heads' movement and does not cause elastic and plastic deformation of the guide tines and the knife. a loose knife. The guide teeth are bent symmetrically towards the center of the feed path on the mounting side, and their further part is straight so that these have the form of parallel bars in the top view. When using a larger number of guide teeth, only the inner teeth are attached to the knife holder and the others are welded at a certain distance from its curvature and directed backwards at the same time. For the vault of the space formed by the curved teeth of the back of the knife, this back has one or more tongues embossed together with the knife from a single piece. The dimensions of the tongues are determined by the shape of the raw material and the internal arc of the knife. By such shaping of the guide bars made in the form of teeth, a permanent shape of the feed path is obtained despite its considerable length. In this case, any possible deformations of the knife or the weakening of its strength when the teeth are welded are also eliminated. That the guides can be stronger because of this, because they do not lie together with the knife blade or the cross-section of the beet heads' cross section (the point of attachment directly within the range of the beetroot heads). This makes it possible to make very narrow knives, which in turn allows safe work and has a beneficial effect on increasing the working speed of the device. Then the curved guide teeth do not hinder the movement of the beet heads because the heads slide off the beet. Fig. 1 shows the beetleaving device in a side view, fig. 2 - the device in top view and fig. 3 - a variant of the device in top view. Under the belt conveyor 1 there is a support 2 having a handle 3 for fixing the knife 4 above the knife 4M, a tactile wheel 5 is placed over the knife 4M and guide teeth 6 are welded to the handle 3, forming a feed path to the beet heads. The guides are bent at one end and form a curvature 7 facing in the middle of the feed path 25, and their other ends are directed backwards and are set parallel to each other, at a certain distance 8. From the back of the knife a tongue 9 extends which closes free space at the back of the knife 4 The longer guide tines can be welded to the curvature of the 7 inner tines of the guide tines. Accordingly, also on the back of the knife 4 additional tongues 11 are provided, with the further guide teeth 10 and the additional tongues 11 shown in FIG. 3 representing the characteristic structural features of the device variant according to the invention.
