Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka cylindryczna z ozdobna szyjka przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru - w odniesieniu do powszechnie znanych wzorów butelek - stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w je j ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie i zdobieniu szyjki, a takze umiejscowieniu na powierzchni korpusu butelki waskich pasków zaglebien. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok z przodu butelki, fig. la - przedstawia widok butelki z tylu i fig. Ib - przedstawia widok butelki z dolu, natomiast fig. 2 - przedstawia widok z przodu odmiany butelki, fig. 2a - przedstawia widok z tylu tej odmiany oraz fig. 2b - przedstawia widok z dolu powyzszej odmiany butelki. Ponadto z przodu na szyjce umiejscowiony jest dekoracyjny nadlew w postaci ozdobnej rozetki.Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunkach fig. 2, fig. 2a i fig. 2b - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej szyjka u góry zakonczona jest gwintowanym nadlewem, ponizej ma ksztalt zblizony do walca o nieco zwiekszajacej sie ku dolowi srednicy, a na dole walec ten zakonczony jest waskim, wypuklym nadlewem w postaci obwodowego pierscienia, zas jeszcze nizej, tj. ponizej tego pierscienia szyjka przybiera ksztalt niskiej, kulistej figury. Figura ta, stanowiaca zakonczenie szyjki, laczy sie z cylindrycznym korpusem butelki, który w górnej czesci ma takze ksztalt kulisty, a ponizej przybiera ksztalt walca. Ponadto - z przodu na szyjce butelki umiejscowiony jest ozdobny nadlew w postaci dekoracyjnej rozetki. Natomiast w górnej czesci butelki a takze w dolnej czesci - w poblizu podstawy zarówno na przedniej, czolowej, jak tez na tylnej sciance korpusu - zarysowane sa waskie paski zaglebienia zanikajace na bokach butelki. Pomiedzy tymi paskami - przednia i tylna scianka korpusu sa minimalnie zaglebione do srodka butelki. Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunkach fig. 4, fig. 4a i fig. 4b - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej szyjka u góry zakonczona gwintowanym nadlewem - ponizej ma ksztalt zblizony do walca o srednicy nieco zwiekszajacej sie ku dolowi. Natomiast na dole walec ten zakonczony jest waskim, wypuklym nadlewem w postaci obwodowego pierscienia, zas jeszcze nizej, tj. ponizej tego pierscienia szyjka przybiera ksztalt niskiej, kulistej figury. The essence of the design—relative to commonly known bottle designs—is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, particularly the shape and decoration of the neck, as well as the placement of narrow strips of recesses on the surface of the bottle body. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the front view of the bottle, Fig. 1a shows the back view of the bottle, Fig. 1b shows the bottom view of the bottle, while Fig. 2 shows the front view of a variant of the bottle, Fig. 2a shows the back view of this variant, and Fig. 2b shows the bottom view of the above variant. The subsequent variations are illustrated in Fig. 3, a front view of the third bottle variation; Fig. 3a, a side view of this variation; Fig. 3b, a bottom view of this variation; and Fig. 4, a front view of the fourth bottle variation; Fig. 4a, a side view of this variation; and Fig. 4b, a bottom view of this bottle variation. As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b, the bottle neck terminates at the top with a threaded boss; below, it is cylindrical in shape, but with walls that curve outward. Below, the neck connects to the bottle body, which is spherical at the top and cylindrical at the bottom. In addition, a decorative rosette is located at the front of the neck. The bottle variant shown in Figures 2, 2a, and 2b is characterized by a threaded rosette at the top of the neck, a cylindrical shape below that increases slightly in diameter toward the bottom, and at the bottom, the cylinder ends with a narrow, convex ring, while further down, below the ring, the neck takes on the shape of a low, spherical figure. This ring, which forms the neck's finial, connects to the cylindrical body of the bottle, which is also spherical at the top and cylindrical below. Furthermore, a decorative rosette is located at the front of the neck. Another bottle variant, shown in Figures 3, 3a, and 3b, differs from the design shown in Figures 1, 1a, and 1b in that the body features narrow, striped recesses that cause minimal bending of the front and rear walls. The neck of this bottle variant is finished with a threaded lug at the top, and below it is shaped like a cylinder, but with outward-curving walls. Below, this neck connects to the cylindrical body of the bottle, which is spherical at the top and cylindrical at the bottom. Furthermore, a decorative lug in the form of a rosette is located at the front of the bottle neck. In the upper part of the bottle, as well as in the lower part—near the base, both on the front, frontal, and rear walls of the body—narrow strips of recesses are outlined, disappearing into the sides of the bottle. Between these strips, the front and rear walls of the body are slightly recessed into the bottle's center. The bottle variant shown in Figures 4, 4a, and 4b is characterized by its neck terminating in a threaded boss at the top, while below it, it is shaped like a cylinder with a diameter that increases slightly towards the bottom. At the bottom, this cylinder terminates in a narrow, convex boss in the form of a circumferential ring, while even lower down, i.e., below this ring, the neck takes on the shape of a low, spherical figure. This figure, constituting the neck's ending, connects to the bottle's cylindrical body, which is also spherical in the upper part and cylindrical below. Furthermore, a decorative rosette is located at the front of the bottle's neck. Meanwhile, the upper part of the bottle and the lower part, near the base, feature narrow strips of recesses that disappear into the bottle's sides, both on the front, frontal, and rear walls. Between these strips, the front and rear walls of the body are slightly recessed into the bottle's center. The essential features of the design are: - decorative neck with a ledge in the form of a decorative rosette; - characteristic shape of the body with a spherical shape in the upper part; - narrow strips of recesses in the upper and lower part of the body placed on its front and rear walls, and disappearing on the side walls - in the variant in Fig. 3, Fig. 3a and Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a, and the recess of the body walls between these strips.
