Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór na ciastku pozwalajacy odróznic produkty zglaszajacego od wyrobów innych producentów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia rysunek wzoru na ciastku wraz z ciastkiem, fig. 2- rysunek wzoru, fig. 3- material ilustracyjny wzoru na ciastku wraz z ciastkiem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wzoru ciastka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Wzór ciastka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na ciastku, o ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy, wzdluz dluzszej srednicy, umieszczony jest rysunek klosa utworzonego z malych elips, który w polowie rozdzielony jest stylizowanym napisem LU. Litery wykonane sa podwójna linia a po bokach tego napisu usytuowane sa elementy przypominajace rogi. Ponadto, podstawa klosa i jego wierzcholek skierowane sa ku krawedzi zewnetrznej dluzszego boku.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a design on a cookie that allows the applicant's products to be distinguished from those of other manufacturers. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the design on the cookie together with the cookie itself; Fig. 2 shows a drawing of the design; Fig. 3 shows an illustrative material of the design on the cookie together with the cookie itself. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the cookie design, manifested in its shape. The cookie design is characterized by the fact that the cookie, shaped similarly to an ellipse, features, along its longer diameter, a drawing of an ear of corn made of small ellipses, divided in the middle by the stylized inscription "LU." The letters are made in a double line, and elements resembling horns are located on the sides of this inscription.
