Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zawias budowlany. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidual- ny charakter postac wytworu zlozonego umozliwiajaca jego rozlozenie i po- nowne zlozenie, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, ze zawias posiada dwa ramiona polaczone trzpieniem, z których jedno ramie ma ksztalt prostokatnej litery „C" z cylindrycznymi zakonczeniami z wzdluznie wyko- nanymi otworami w ksztalcie litery „T", natomiast drugie ramie ma ksztalt plaskownika posiadajacego wybranie w czesci srodkowej, w koncach które- go znajduja sie dwa stozkowe otwory. Nad plaskownikiem po jego srodku znajduje sie cylindryczna czesc ramienia z przelotowo wykonanymi otwora- mi do osadzenia dwóch tulejek. Ramie na scianie pionowej posiada dwa nos- kowe wypusty i trzy otwory stozkowe oraz dwa otwory do osadzenia krzyw- ki regulacyjnej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia zawias w czesciowym przekroju, fig. 2 - w wido- ku z boku, fig.3 - ramie zawiasy w ksztalcie litery „C" w rzucie perspekty- wicznym, fig. 4 - zawias z czescia cylindryczna w czesciowym przekroju.awias budowlany posiada dwa ramiona polaczone ze soba trzpieniem, jak pokazano na fig. 1 . Jedno ramie w ksztalcie prostokatnej litery „C", która na scianie pionowej ma wykonane trzy otwory stozkowe, natomiast w scian- kach poziomych posiada dwa otwory przelotowe: górny i dolny znajdujace sie w jednej osi symetrii, przy czym otwór górny posiada ksztalt litery „T", jak pokazano na fig.2. Drugie ramie zblizone jest ksztaltem do plaskownika z prostokatnym wybraniem w czesci srodkowej, w koncach którego znajduje sie stozkowy otwór, nad którym znajduje sie cylindryczna czesc ramienia z przelotowo wykonanym otworem w koncach posiadajacym zwiekszona srednice w których osadzone sa dwie tulejki, j ak pokazano na fig. 3 . Obydwa ramiona wykonane sa jak o odlewy stopu cynku Z41A i sa lakiero- wane w dowolnych kolorach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowia dwa ramiona polaczone ze soba trzpieniem, z których jedno ramie ma ksztalt prostokatnej litery „C" z cylindrycznymi zakonczeniami z wzdluznie wykonanymi otworami w ksztalcie litery „T", przy czym ramie na scianie pionowej posiada dwa nos- kowe wypusty i trzy otwory stozkowe oraz dwa otwory do osadzenia krzyw- ki regulacyjnej, natomiast drugie ramie w ksztalcie plaskownika z wybra- niem w czesci srodkowej, w koncach którego znajduja sie dwa stozkowe otwory, nad którym w czesci srodkowej znajduje sie cylindryczna czesc ra- mienia z przelotowo wykonanym otworem w koncach posiadajacym wieksza srednice dla osadzenia dwóch tulejek, przy czym na koncach ramienia za- wiasu osadzone sa poliamidowe zaslepki. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a construction hinge. The subject of the industrial design is a new and unique form of a complex product, enabling its disassembly and reassembly, given in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the fact that the hinge has two arms connected by a pin, one of which is shaped like a rectangular "C" with cylindrical ends and longitudinally drilled holes in the shape of the letter "T," while the other arm is shaped like a flat bar with a recess in its central section, at the ends of which are two conical holes. Above the flat bar in its center is a cylindrical part of the arm with through-holes for mounting two bushings. The arm on the vertical wall has two nosing projections and three conical holes as well as two holes for mounting the adjustment cam. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 - shows the hinge in a partial cross-section, Fig. 2 - in a side view, Fig. 3 - the arm of the hinge in the shape of the letter "C" in a perspective view, Fig. 4 - the hinge with a cylindrical part in a partial cross-section. The construction hinge has two arms connected with a pin, as shown in Fig. 1. One arm in the shape of a rectangular letter "C", which on the vertical wall has three conical holes, while in the horizontal walls it has two through holes: upper and lower located in one axis of symmetry, with the upper hole in the shape of the letter "T", as shown in Fig. 2. The second arm is similar in shape to a flat bar with a rectangular recess in the middle, at the ends of which there is a conical hole, above which there is a cylindrical part of the arm with a through hole in the ends having an increased diameter in which two bushings are mounted, as shown in Fig. 3. Both arms are made of Z41A zinc alloy castings and are painted in any color. The essential features of the industrial design are two arms connected by a pin, one of which is in the shape of a rectangular letter "C" with cylindrical ends with longitudinally made holes in the shape of the letter "T", wherein the arm on the vertical wall has two nosing projections and three conical holes as well as two holes for mounting the adjustment cam, while the other arm is in the shape of a flat bar with a recess in the middle part, at the ends of which there are two conical holes, above which in the middle part there is a cylindrical part of the arm with a through hole in the ends having a larger diameter for mounting two bushings, and at the ends of the hinge arm there are polyamide plugs.
