W odniesieniu do znanych wieczek zgrzewalnych, nowosc i indywidualny charakter postaci wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w strukturze i ornamentacji powierzchni wieczka a takze w cechach jego linii i konturów oraz charakterystycznym ksztalcie. Owalne wieczko zgrzewalne wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac zblizona do owalu z naprzemianlegtymi lukowatymi wybrzuszeniami , albo ma postac wydluzonego owalu z pojedynczym zaokraglonym wypustem. Compared to known heat-sealable lids, the novelty and individual character of the industrial design are evident in the structure and ornamentation of the lid's surface, as well as in the characteristics of its lines and contours, and its characteristic shape. The oval heat-sealable lid, according to the industrial design, has a shape similar to an oval with alternating arcuate bulges, or has the form of an elongated oval with a single rounded projection. The rim of the oval lid is knurled into irregular bilateral recesses, forming a frame around the circumference of the lid, encircling the internal uniformly smooth surface of the lid, or the surface of the oval lid is knurled into irregular bilateral recesses, forming an internal circular frame around the uniformly smooth surface of the lid, or the rim of the oval lid is knurled into irregular bilateral recesses around the circumference of the lid, together with a surface of alternating arcuate bulges, encircling the internal uniformly smooth circular surface of the lid. The rim of the lid, in the shape of an elongated oval with a single rounded projection, is knurled into irregular, double-sided recesses located around the circumference of the lid, encircling the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid. Or, the surface of the elongated oval lid has knurled, irregular, double-sided recesses, forming an internal oval frame around the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid. Or, the rim, together with the surface of the rounded projection, is knurled into irregular, double-sided recesses, forming a frame around the entire circumference of the lid, encircling the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid. An oval, heat-sealable lid according to an industrial design is preferably made of aluminum foil.
