Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stolik okolicznosciowy do wyposaze- nia pomieszczen. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac stolika okolicznosciowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Stolik okolicznosciowy wedlug wzoru ma prostokatny przezroczysty blat oraz walcowe, wydluzone nogi umieszczone w narozach. Nogi posiadaja u góry pletwowe wystepy, które skierowane sa ku srodka blatu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig.l przedstawia stolik okolicznosciowy w widoku perspe- ktywicznym, fig.2 - zdjecie stolika w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.3 - rysunek stolika w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Stolik ma przezroczysty blat w ksztalcie prostokata oraz walcowe, wydluzone nogi umieszczone w narozach. The new and unique character of the side table is evident in its shape. The side table, as shown in the design, has a rectangular transparent top and cylindrical, elongated legs placed in the corners. The legs have fin-like projections at the top, which point towards the center of the top. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the side table in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - a photograph of the side table in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 - a drawing of the side table from above. The essential features of the industrial design are: the side table has a rectangular transparent top and cylindrical, elongated legs placed in the corners.
