Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na slodycze, zwlaszcza galaretki w czekoladzie owiniete w pojedyncze opakowania. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, kolorystyce oraz ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach oraz materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik na slodycze z uchwytem sznurkowym i otwarta przeslona w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - odmiane pojemnika na slodycze bez uchwytu sznurkowego z otwarta przeslona w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - pojemnik pokazany na fig. 1 z zamknieta przeslona w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - rozwiniecie pojemnika pokazanego na fig. 1-3 bez uchwytu sznurkowego, a fig. 5-7 - fotografie pojemników przedstawionych na fig. 1,2 i 3. Pojemnik na slodycze ma ksztalt graniastoslupa o podstawach szesciokatnych zaopatrzonych z otwory, przez które przechodzi element sznurkowy w kolorze zólto-zielonym spelniajacy funkcje uchwytu. Na przedniej skosnej scianie oraz górnej poziomej scianie pojemnika wykonane sa naciecia o profilu zblizonym do otwartego prostokata, a ponadto na wspomnianej poziomej scianie wykonana jest linia giecia, w wyniku czego utworzona jest lamana przeslona unoszona do góry w celu odsloniecia umieszczonych w pojemniku slodyczy, wzglednie opuszczana w dól zaslaniajac calkowicie otwór o tym samym profilu jak przeslona. Przeslona ta na dolnym poziomym boku ma wystep pólkolisty, usytuowany naprzeciw wyjecia pólkolistego w górnej skosnej scianie pojemnika. Na obwodzie scian pojemnika w kolorze zielonym w poblizu obu jego podstaw szesciokatnych, równiez w kolorze zielonym, znajduja sie ozdobne ornamenty utworzone z zachodzacych na siebie owoców malin, cytiyn, ananasów, czastek pomaranczy w kolorach naturalnych oraz zielonych lisci, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 5-7. Ponadto, niektóre prostokatne sciany pojemnika zaopatrzone sa w stylizowane napisy „Mieszanka krakowska" w kolorze zlotym, pozostale sciany - w stylizowany bialo-zloty napis „Wawel Kraków" z zamkiem wawelskim stanowiacym znak towarowy, a na jego podstawach znajduja siestylizowane napisy „Mieszanka krakowska", „Wawel Kraków", zas pod nimi znajduja sie rysunki cukierków w owijkach pojedynczych. Rozwiniecie pojemnika wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, pokazane na fig. 4, sklada sie z szesciu identycznych pól prostokatnych, stanowiacych jego sciany boczne oraz cztery pola w ksztalcie szesciokata foremnego, tworzace podwójne dna pojemnika, o dlugosci boków równej dlugosci krótszych boków pól prostokatnych, przy czym sasiadujace z soba dluzsze boki pól prostokatnych oraz krótsze boki pierwszego i czwartego pola prostokatnego sasiadujace z bokami pól szesciokatnych rozdzielone sa od siebie liniami giecia. Z kolei, do krótszych boków trzeciego i piatego pola prostokatnego oraz do skosnych boków pól szesciokatnych, polaczonych liniami giecia z czwartym polem prostokatnym, przylegaja pola trapezowe, polaczone z polami prostokatnymi liniami giecia i rozdzielone od skosnych boków pól szesciokatnych liniami ciecia, natomiast do dluzszego boku szóstego pola prostokatnego przylega waskie pole trapezowe polaczone z tym bokiem linia giecia. Poza tym, do skrajnych poziomych boków pól szesciokatnych przylegajacych do pierwszego pola prostokatnego przylegaja waskie pola trapezowe rozdzielone od nich liniami giecia, zas skosne boki jednego pola szesciokatnego maja wyjecia trapezowe, a na przeciwleglym krótszym boku pola prostokatnego oraz przylegajacym do niego polu szesciokatnym znajduje sie naciecie o profilu zblizonym do otwartego prostokata, którego czwarty bok usytuowany w pierwszym polu prostokatnym ma linie giecia, co umozliwia odchylenie nacietego profilu. Z kolei, skosne zewnetrzne boki pól szesciokatnych polaczonych z bokami czwartego pola prostokatnego polaczone sa liniami giecia z waskimi polami trapezowymi, przy czym linie giecia jednego z pól szesciokatnych maja naciecia trapezowe, natomiast na krótszych bokach drugiego i szóstego pola prostokatnego znajduja sie wystepy trapezowe polaczone z tymi bokami liniami giecia. Ponadto czwarte i piate pola prostokatne tworzace sciany boczne pojemnika maja trzy linie ciecia o ksztalcie zblizonym do otwartego prostokata, którego czwarty dluzszy bok stanowi linia giecia usytuowana na piatym polu prostokatnym, przy czym jego naroza utworzone z bocznych naciec i linii giecia maja boczne zewnetrzne odsadzenia lukowe, zas boczne naciecia w górnej czesci maja odsadzenia trapezowe, a naciecie poziome ma odsadzenie pólkoliste. Poza tym, na polach szesciokatnych przylegajacych do czwartego pola prostokatnego oraz na przylegajacych do nich i do piatego pola prostokatnego polach trapezowych wykonane sa otwory kolowe pod sznurek, stanowiacy uchwyt pojemnika. W wykonaniu pokazanym na fig. 2 pojemnik ma ksztalt identyczny jak pokazany na fig. 1, z tym, ze nie posiada on uchwytu sznurkowego.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik na slodyczy w ksztalcie graniastoslupa pokazany na fig. 1-7 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt graniastoslupa o podstawach wielokata foremnego, przy czym na przedniej skosnej scianie oraz górnej poziomej scianie pojemnika wykonane sa naciecia o profilu zblizonym do otwartego prostokata, a ponadto na wspomnianej poziomej scianie wykonana jest linia giecia, w wyniku czego utworzona jest lamana przeslona unoszona do góry w celu odsloniecia umieszczonych w pojemniku slodyczy, wzglednie opuszczana w dól zaslaniajac calkowicie otwór o tym samym profilu jak przeslona; - na obwodzie scian pojemnika w kolorze zielonym w poblizu obu jego podstaw szesciokatnych, równiez w kolorze zielonym, znajduja sie ozdobne ornamenty utworzone z zachodzacych na siebie owoców malin, cytryn, ananasów, czastek pomaranczy w kolorach naturalnych oraz zielonych lisci; - podstawy pojemnika sa zaopatrzone w otwory, przez które przechodzi element sznurkowy spelniajacy funkcje uchwytu; - na scianach bocznych i podstawach pojemnika znajduja sie stylizowane napisy informacyjne; - rozwiniecie pojemnika pokazane na fig. 4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze sklada sie z szesciu identycznych pól prostokatnych, stanowiacych jego sciany boczne oraz cztery pola w ksztalcie szesciokata foremnego, tworzace podwójne dna pojemnika, o dlugosci boków równej dlugosci krótszych boków pól prostokatnych, przy czym sasiadujace z soba dluzsze boki pól prostokatnych oraz krótsze boki pierwszego i czwartego pola prostokatnego sasiadujace z bokami pól szesciokatnych rozdzielone sa od siebie liniami giecia; - do krótszych boków trzeciego i piatego pola prostokatnego oraz do skosnych boków pól szesciokatnych, polaczonych liniami giecia z czwartym polem prostokatnym, przylegaja pola trapezowe, polaczone z polami prostokatnymi liniami giecia i rozdzielone od skosnych boków pól szesciokatnych liniami ciecia, natomiast do dluzszego boku szóstego pola prostokatnego przylega waskie pole trapezowe polaczone z tym bokiem linia giecia;- do skrajnych poziomych boków pól szesciokatnych przylegajacych do pierwszego pola prostokatnego przylegaja waskie pola trapezowe rozdzielone od nich liniami giecia, zas skosne boki jednego pola szesciokatnego maja wyjecia trapezowe, a na przeciwleglym krótszym boku pola prostokatnego oraz przylegajacym do niego polu szesciokatnym znajduje sie naciecie o profilu zblizonym do otwartego prostokata, którego czwarty bok usytuowany w pierwszym polu prostokatnym ma linie giecia, co umozliwia odchylenie nacietego profilu; - skosne zewnetrzne boki pól szesciokatnych polaczonych z bokami czwartego pola prostokatnego polaczone sa liniami giecia z waskimi polami trapezowymi, przy czym linie giecia jednego z pól szesciokatnych maja naciecia trapezowe, natomiast na krótszych bokach drugiego i szóstego pola prostokatnego znajduja sie wystepy trapezowe polaczone z tymi bokami liniami giecia; - czwarte i piate pola prostokatne tworzace sciany boczne pojemnika maja trzy linie ciecia o ksztalcie zblizonym do otwartego prostokata, którego czwarty dluzszy bok stanowi linia giecia usytuowana na piatym polu prostokatnym, przy czym jego naroza utworzone z bocznych naciec i linii giecia maja boczne zewnetrzne odsadzenia lukowe, zas boczne naciecia w górnej czesci maja odsadzenia trapezowe, a naciecie poziome ma odsadzenie pólkoliste; - na polach szesciokatnych przylegajacych do czwartego pola prostokatnego oraz na przylegajacych do nich i do piatego pola prostokatnego polach trapezowych wykonane sa otwory kolowe pod sznurek, stanowiacy uchwyt pojemnika.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container for sweets, particularly chocolate-covered jelly sweets wrapped in individual packages. The new form and original character of the industrial design are evident in its shape, colors, and line layout. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a sweets container with a string handle and an open shutter in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - a variant of the sweets container without a string handle and an open shutter in a perspective view, Fig. 3 - the container shown in Fig. 1 with a closed shutter in a front view, Fig. 4 - an expansion of the container shown in Figs. 1-3 without a string handle, and Figs. 5-7 - photographs of the containers shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 3. The sweets container has the shape of a prism with hexagonal bases provided with holes through which a yellow-green string element passes, fulfilling the function of a handle. The front sloping wall and the upper horizontal wall of the container are cut with a profile resembling an open rectangle. Furthermore, a bending line is made on the aforementioned horizontal wall, creating a foldable screen that can be raised upwards to reveal the sweets stored in the container, or lowered downwards to completely cover the opening with the same profile as the screen. This screen has a semicircular projection on its lower horizontal side, located opposite the semicircular opening in the upper sloping wall of the container. On the perimeter of the green container walls, near both of its hexagonal bases, also green, are decorative ornaments made of overlapping raspberries, lemons, pineapples, orange segments in natural colors, and green leaves, as shown in the attached illustrative material, Figs. 5-7. In addition, some of the rectangular container walls are provided with stylized inscriptions reading "Mieszanka krakowska" in gold, the remaining walls with a stylized white and gold inscription reading "Wawel Kraków" with the Wawel Castle as its trademark, and on its bases are stylized inscriptions reading "Mieszanka krakowska" and "Wawel Kraków", and below them are drawings of candies in single wrappers. The development of the container according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, consists of six identical rectangular fields constituting its side walls and four fields in the shape of a regular hexagon, forming the double bottom of the container, with the length of the sides equal to the length of the shorter sides of the rectangular fields, where the adjacent longer sides of the rectangular fields and the shorter sides of the first and fourth rectangular fields adjacent to the sides of the hexagonal fields are separated from each other by bending lines. In turn, trapezoidal fields, connected to the rectangular fields by bending lines and separated from the oblique sides of the hexagonal fields by cutting lines, adjoin the shorter sides of the third and fifth rectangular fields and the oblique sides of the hexagonal fields, connected to the fourth rectangular field by bending lines, while a narrow trapezoidal field connected to this side by a bending line adjoins the longer side of the sixth rectangular field. In addition, the extreme horizontal sides of the hexagonal fields adjacent to the first rectangular field are adjoined by narrow trapezoidal fields separated from them by bending lines, while the oblique sides of one hexagonal field have trapezoidal cutouts, and on the opposite shorter side of the rectangular field and the hexagonal field adjacent to it there is a cut with a profile similar to an open rectangle, the fourth side of which, located in the first rectangular field, has a bending line, which allows the deflection of the cut profile. In turn, the oblique outer sides of the hexagonal panels connected to the sides of the fourth rectangular panel are connected by bending lines to narrow trapezoidal panels. The bending lines of one of the hexagonal panels have trapezoidal notches, while the shorter sides of the second and sixth rectangular panels have trapezoidal projections connected to these sides by bending lines. Furthermore, the fourth and fifth rectangular panels, forming the side walls of the container, have three cutting lines similar in shape to an open rectangle, the fourth longer side of which is a bending line situated on the fifth rectangular panel, where its corners, formed by the side notches and bending lines, have lateral, external, arc-shaped offsets, while the side cuts in the upper part have trapezoidal offsets, and the horizontal cut has a semicircular offset. In addition, on the hexagonal fields adjacent to the fourth rectangular field and on the trapezoidal fields adjacent to them and to the fifth rectangular field, circular holes are made for a string, which serves as a handle for the container. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2, the container has the same shape as that shown in Fig. 1, except that it does not have a string handle. Essential features of the industrial design The prism-shaped sweets container shown in Figs. 1-7 is characterized in that: - it has the shape of a prism with regular polygon bases, wherein on the front oblique wall and the upper horizontal wall of the container there are cuts with a profile close to an open rectangle, and in addition, on the said horizontal wall there is a bending line, as a result of which a folded screen is created, which is lifted upwards to expose the sweets placed in the container, or lowered downwards, completely covering the opening with the same profile as the screen; - on the perimeter of the green walls of the container, near both of its hexagonal bases, also in green, there are decorative ornaments made of overlapping raspberries, lemons, pineapples, orange segments in natural colours and green leaves; - the bases of the container are provided with holes through which a string element serves as a handle passes; - there are stylised information inscriptions on the side walls and bases of the container; - the container development shown in Fig. 4 is characterized in that it consists of six identical rectangular fields constituting its side walls and four fields in the shape of a regular hexagon, forming the double bottom of the container, with the length of the sides equal to the length of the shorter sides of the rectangular fields, where the adjacent longer sides of the rectangular fields and the shorter sides of the first and fourth rectangular fields adjacent to the sides of the hexagonal fields are separated from each other by bending lines; - to the shorter sides of the third and fifth rectangular fields and to the oblique sides of the hexagonal fields, connected to the fourth rectangular field by bending lines, trapezoidal fields are adjacent, connected to the rectangular fields by bending lines and separated from the oblique sides of the hexagonal fields by cutting lines, while a narrow trapezoidal field is adjacent to the longer side of the sixth rectangular field, connected to this side by a bending line;- to the extreme horizontal sides of the hexagonal fields adjacent to the first rectangular field, narrow trapezoidal fields are adjacent, separated from them by bending lines, while the oblique sides of one hexagonal field have trapezoidal cutouts, and on the opposite shorter side of the rectangular field and the hexagonal field adjacent to it, there is a cut with a profile similar to an open rectangle, the fourth side of which is located in the first field the rectangular one has bending lines, which allows the cut profile to be deflected; - the oblique outer sides of the hexagonal fields connected to the sides of the fourth rectangular field are connected by bending lines to narrow trapezoidal fields, wherein the bending lines of one of the hexagonal fields have trapezoidal notches, while on the shorter sides of the second and sixth rectangular fields there are trapezoidal projections connected to these sides by bending lines; - the fourth and fifth rectangular fields forming the side walls of the container have three cutting lines with a shape similar to an open rectangle, the fourth longer side of which is a bending line situated on the fifth rectangular field, wherein its corners formed from the side cuts and bending lines have lateral external arc offsets, while the side cuts in the upper part have trapezoidal offsets, and the horizontal cut has a semicircular offset; - on the hexagonal fields adjacent to the fourth rectangular field and on the trapezoidal fields adjacent to them and to the fifth rectangular field, circular holes are made for a string constituting a handle of the container.
