Description

Opublikowano: 18.Y.1970 59885 KI. 5 c, l/OO MKP E 21 d A&L UKD 622.25 I Wspóltwórcy wynalazku: Waclaw Minta, inz. Wladyslaw Polak, inz. Sta¬ nislaw Swiatek, Stefan Fiebig Wlasciciel patentu: Przedsiebiorstwo Budowlano-Montazowe Kopaln Rud Miedzi, Wroclaw (Polska) Sposób zabudowy nadszybia w kopalniach i Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób zabudowy nadszybia zglebionego szybu górniczego, przezna¬ czonego do wydobycia urobku i jazdy ludzi. 1 przedstawia schematycznie plan powierzchni nad¬ szybia, a fig. Natomiast obok zglebiane¬ go szybu sa rozmieszczone kolowroty 4 do napi¬ nania lin prowadniczych, sprezarki 5, podreczny warsztat 6 do biezacych napraw i inne urzadze¬ nia potrzebne w czasie glebienia i uzbrajania szy¬ bu.Zabudowe nadszybia zgodnie z wynalazkiem wykonuje sie w nastepujacy sposób. PL PLPublished: 18.Y.1970 59885 KI. 5 c, l/OO MKP E 21 d A&L UKD 622.25 I Co-inventors of the invention: Waclaw Minta, engineer Wladyslaw Polak, engineer Stanisław Światek, Stefan Fiebig Patent owner: Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlano-Montazowe Kopaln Rud Miedzi, Wroclaw (Poland) Method of building a shaft top in mines and mines The subject of the invention is a method of building a shaft top of a sunken mining shaft intended for the extraction of ore and the transport of people. Each sunken mining shaft intended for the extraction of useful minerals from the underground of a mine must have on the surface, called the shaft top, appropriate development necessary for the normal operation of the shaft. During the sinking of the shaft and later during its reinforcement, the construction of the shaft bases, and the cutting of the deposit, various types of equipment are placed on the surface around the shaft opening. A temporary hoisting tower is usually erected above the shaft opening, and next to this tower are one or two buildings housing the hoisting machines or winches, a building for the compressors and winches for tensioning the guide ropes, and a number of other necessary equipment. These buildings and equipment, as well as the temporary hoisting tower, occupy the area where the permanent equipment for the shaft top development will be erected in the future. Until now, the development of the mine shaft top with permanent equipment has only begun after the complete completion of work in the shaft. Then, first the shaft opening was tightly sealed, then all temporary buildings and installations were dismantled, and finally, a permanent hoisting tower and a shafthead building were erected in their place, along with all the equipment necessary for normal shaft operation. However, in the case of a shafthead with two hoists, only one of the machines was built first, and only then was the building erected and the second machine installed. This method of building a shaft top causes a break in the shaft's operation, thus extending the mine's construction cycle, which is very uneconomical due to the large financial outlays involved in building the mine. An additional disadvantage of the known method of building a shaft top is that most of the heavy assembly work was performed at a great height and in a small space within the shaft opening, which created conditions conducive to the occurrence of unfortunate accidents. Moreover, the simultaneous performance of numerous assembly operations on the hoisting tower, the shaft top building, and the hoisting machines significantly limits the use of heavy mechanical equipment due to the lack of space. The aim of the invention is to shorten the mine construction time by developing a shaft top construction method that will minimize the unproductive downtime of the already sunk shaft. This aim is achieved by the shaft top construction method that is the subject of the present invention. The essence of this method is that, simultaneously with mining and finishing work in the already sunk shaft, at a certain distance from the shaft, outside the mining area, on a line passing through the shaft axis and the temporary hoisting machine buildings, the complete assembly of the permanent hoisting tower and the shafthead building, along with all their equipment, is carried out. Each leg of the hoisting tower and each supporting element of the shafthead building are equipped with individual trolleys mounted on rail tracks. After assembly is completed, one of the temporary hoisting machines and the temporary hoisting tower is removed, and in its place, a permanent hoisting tower and a shafthead are slid over the shaft opening using rigid ties composed of repeatable, hinged elements. After slid-in, the supporting elements of the shafthead and the hoisting tower legs are placed on permanent foundations and permanently connected to these foundations. It turned out, unexpectedly, that this method of building the shafthead shortens the unproductive downtime of the sunken shaft to just a few days. Furthermore, it allows for assembly work to be performed on the surface simultaneously with mining and finishing work in the shaft. By moving the assembly work away from the shaft opening, where there is usually plenty of space, the use of heavy equipment was made possible, facilitating the assembly of both the hoist tower and the shaft head building, thus also increasing work safety. An additional advantage of the method according to the invention is that the assembled objects are moved along tracks using rigid links, which ensures uniform, jerk-free movement of the moving objects and completely eliminates the unfavorable phenomenon of rope springing that occurs when using rope links. Furthermore, the use of individual trolleys for each supporting element of the building and for each tower leg significantly shortened the time required to install these elements and legs on the permanent foundations of the shaft head. It also turned out that this particular method of building the shaft top allows, in the case of two mining machines, to build both buildings for these machines at the same time, which further shortens the mine construction time. The subject of the invention is explained in detail in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a schematic plan of the shaft top surface, and Fig. 2 - the shaft top building with a permanent hoisting tower in a front view. As shown in the drawing, above the opening 55 of the deepened shaft 1, a temporary hoisting tower 2 is placed, and next to it two temporary hoisting machines 3. Next to the deepened shaft, there are winches 4 for tensioning the guide ropes, compressors 5, a handy workshop 6 for current repairs and other equipment needed during sinking and Shaft reinforcement. The shaft top construction according to the invention is carried out as follows. At a certain distance from the shaft opening, outside the mining area, on a line passing through the shaft axis and the buildings housing temporary hoisting machines 3, in parallel with the finishing work and mining operations carried out in the already sunk shaft 1, the shaft top building 7 and the permanent hoisting tower 8 are assembled, along with all the equipment. The hoisting tower 8 is first assembled on the ground and then raised. In the shaft top building 7, all the equipment is assembled and a test run is carried out. In addition, each load-bearing element 9 of building 7 and each leg 10 of tower 8 are equipped with individual trolleys mounted on the rails of track 11. The tower 8 and the pit building 7 thus assembled are moved sequentially or together on tracks 11 above the shaft opening 1, whereby rigid cables are used for sliding, consisting of repeatable elements connected to each other by means of joints, which ensure a smooth, uniform movement of the moved objects. Once the hoist tower and pit building are in place, they are placed on permanent foundations and permanently connected to these foundations. Finally, the hoist tower and pit building are connected to the extraction equipment and the hoisting machine.
