Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zderzak tylny przeznaczony do samochodu, zwlaszcza osobowego. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, zderzak tylny wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacji. Wzór zderzaka tylnego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zderzak tylny w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - zderzak tylny w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 - w widoku z lewego boku. Zderzak tylny, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych dolnych narozach i jest po bokach lukowo i u góry ze schodkiem zagiety do wewnatrz. Zderzak tylny ma srodkowe wzdluzne wciecie o zaokraglonych dolnych narozach oraz krawedz górna profilowana z symetrycznymi zaokraglonymi wycieciami po bokach isrodkowym obnizeniem o nachylonych bokach i poziomej podstawie. Pod krawedzia górna, zderzak tylny ma cztery równomiernie rozmieszczone prostokatne zarysy, a wewnatrz nich zarysy kolowe. Dalej, zderzak tylny jest u góry lagodnie zalamany ku dolowi, a pod wzdluzna krawedzia zalamania ma wzdluzna lekko wystajaca na zewnatrz listwe, która zachodzi na jego boki i jest po bokach lekko skosna. Pod listwa, zderzak tylny ma lagodne wzdluzne zaglebienie, które ma zaokraglone i zwezajace sie ku górze dolne naroza. Tylny zderzak u dolu ma podciecie, które z lewej strony ma trapezowe poglebienie. W widoku z lewego boku, zderzak tylny jest ukosnie sciety od góry i lukowo schodzi ku dolowi, przy czym nad czescia górna luku uksztaltowana jest odwzorowujaca ksztalt luku krawedz zalamania. Zderzak tylny ma srodkowe wzdluzne wciecie o zaokraglonych dolnych narozach oraz krawedz górna profilowana z symetrycznymi zaokraglonymi wycieciami po bokach i srodkowym obnizeniem o nachylonych bokach i poziomej podstawie. Pod krawedzia górna, zderzak tylny ma cztery równomiernie rozmieszczone prostokatne zarysy, a wewnatrz nich zarysy kolowe. Dalej, zderzak tylny jest u góry lagodnie zalamany ku dolowi, a pod wzdluzna krawedzia zalamania ma wzdluzna lekko wystajaca na zewnatrz listwe, która zachodzi na jego boki i jest po bokach lekkoskosna. Pod listwa, zderzak tylny ma lagodne wzdluzne zaglebienie, które ma zaokraglone i zwezajace sie ku górze dolne naroza. Tylny zderzak u dolu ma podciecie, które z lewej strony ma trapezowe poglebienie. Compared to similarly designed products of this type, the rear bumper is distinguished by its novel design, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, materials, and ornamentation. The rear bumper design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the rear bumper from above, Fig. 2 shows the rear bumper from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the rear bumper from the left side. According to the industrial design, the rear bumper is characterized by a front view that resembles a rectangle with rounded lower corners and is curved inward at the sides and at the top with a step. The rear bumper has a central longitudinal cutout with rounded lower corners and a profiled upper edge with symmetrical rounded side cutouts and a central depression with sloping sides and a horizontal base. Below the upper edge, the rear bumper has four evenly spaced rectangular contours, with circular contours within them. Next, the rear bumper is gently angled downward at the top, and below the longitudinal edge of the kink has a slightly outward protruding longitudinal strip that overlaps the sides and is slightly angled at the sides. Below the strip, the rear bumper has a gentle longitudinal recess with rounded lower corners that taper upward. The rear bumper has an undercut at the bottom, which has a trapezoidal recess on the left side. In the left side view, the rear bumper is diagonally cut from the top and arcs downward, with a kink edge resembling the arc above the top of the arch. The key features of the front bumper are that, in the front view, it has a near-rectangular shape with rounded lower corners and is curved inward at the sides and at the top with a step. The rear bumper has a central longitudinal cutout with rounded lower corners and a profiled upper edge with symmetrical, rounded cutouts on the sides and a central lowering with sloping sides and a horizontal base. Below the upper edge, the rear bumper has four evenly spaced rectangular outlines, with circular outlines within them. Further, the rear bumper is gently bent downwards at the top, and below the longitudinal edge of the bent part is a longitudinal strip that slightly protrudes outwards, overlapping the sides and is slightly beveled on the sides. Below the strip, the rear bumper has a gentle longitudinal recess, which has rounded lower corners that taper upwards. The rear bumper has an undercut at the bottom, which has a trapezoidal recess on the left side. In the left side view, the rear bumper is diagonally cut from above and slopes downwards in an arc, with a bend edge that mirrors the shape of the arc being formed above the upper part of the arc, as shown in the attached figures 1-3.
