Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki, która jest przeznaczona jako opakowanie dla srodków plynnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.2- butelke w widoku z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca korpus i dwusegmentowa przykrywke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt bryly, która w czesci dolnej ma ksztalt beczulki, a w czesci górnej stozka scietego, przy czym w miejscu styku obu czesci znajduja sie trzy obwodowe, ozdobne wypuklosci. Korpus jest w kolorzejasno-zielonym, zas dwusegmentowa przykrywka obejmujaca dwa zestawione na sobie walce o róznych srednicach i zebrowanych scianach bocznych ma kolor ciemno-zielony, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 i fig.2.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.1 PL PL PLCreator of the industrial design: VESCOVINI Luca. The right of registration in the design is valid from: August 7, 2003. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle, which is intended as a packaging for liquids. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a top view. The bottle according to the industrial design, comprising a body and a two-segment lid, has the following essential features: the body is shaped like a solid, barrel-shaped in the lower part and a truncated cone in the upper part, with three peripheral, decorative protrusions at the point of contact between the two parts. The body is light green in color, while the two-segment cover, which includes two stacked cylinders of different diameters and ribbed side walls, is dark green in color, as shown in the attached drawing, fig.1 and fig.2.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.1 PL PL PL
