Zamkniecie do butelek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 23 lutego 2005 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zamkniecie do butelek sluzace do zabezpieczenia znajdujacych sie w butelkach plynów przed wylaniem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zamkniecia do butelek, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w przekroju osiowym, fig. 3 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono zamkniecie do butelek w widoku od spodu.Jak pokazano na rysunku zamkniecie do butelek ma dwudzielny korpus zlozony z cienkosciennej skorupy o owalnym obrysie, wewnatrz której osadzona jest zatrzaskowo dolna czesc o owalnym obrysie. Zewnetrzne scianki dolnej czesci wypelniaja szczelnie wewnetrzny obrys skorupy, przy czym w srodkowej czesci denka dolnej czesci jest gwintowane walcowe gniazdo, zaopatrzone w srodku w walcowy trzpien, a na obwodzie w dwa skosne wystepy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zamkniecie do butelek ma dwudzielny korpus zlozony z cienkosciennej skorupy o owalnym obrysie, wewnatrz której osadzona jest zatrzaskowo dolna czesc o owalnym obrysie. Zewnetrzne scianki dolnej czesci wypelniaja szczelnie wewnetrzny obrys skorupy, przy czym w srodkowej czesci denka dolnej czesci jest gwintowane walcowe gniazdo zaopatrzone w srodku w walcowy trzpien, a na obwodzie w dwa skosne wystepy, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4. The industrial design covers a bottle closure used to prevent liquids contained within bottles from spilling. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle closure, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the basic outline lines of its individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle closure in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle closure in an axial cross-section, Fig. 3 shows the bottle closure in a top view, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle closure in a bottom view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle closure has a two-part body composed of a thin-walled oval shell, inside which a lower oval part is snap-fitted. The outer walls of the lower part tightly fill the inner contour of the shell, and in the central part of the bottom of the lower part is a threaded cylindrical socket, provided with a cylindrical pin in the center and two oblique projections on the circumference. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The bottle closure has a two-part body composed of a thin-walled oval-shaped shell, inside which a lower oval-shaped part is snap-fitted.
