Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rozdrabniacz, przeznaczony do rozdrabniania zywnosci. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, rozdrabniacz wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacji. Wzór rozdrabniacza jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, którego fig. 1.1 przedstawia rozdrabniacz w widoku z przodu, fig. 1.2 - rozdrabniacz w widoku z tylu, fig. 1.3 - w widoku z boku, fig. 1.4 - w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 1.5 - w widoku z góry, fig. 1.6 - w widoku z dolu, a fig. 1.7 - w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, przodu i góry. Rozdrabniacz, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma segment górny posadowiony na segmencie dolnym. Segment dolny, w widoku z dolu, ma ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego o zaokraglonych narozach i o krótszej podstawie skierowanej ku tylowi rozdrabniacza. Scianki bocznesegmentu dolnego sa zaokraglone i zbiezne ku dolowi, a proste scianki przednia i tylna przy narozach przechodza lukowo w wystepy zakonczone walcowymi stopkami. Na spodzie segment dolny ma zarysy liniowe, wielokatne i owalne, przy czym jeden zachodzi na sciane boczna z uksztaltowaniem wydluzonego zaglebienia. Segment górny ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych krawedziach i górnych narozach, lekko zbieznych ku górze scianach bocznych i tylnej oraz pochylonych ku tylowi scianach przedniej i górnej. Segment górny ma rozciagajace sie po bokach poprzez sciane przednia, górna i tylna dwie krawedzie zalamania, pomiedzy którymi ma na scianie tylnej, u góry i centralnie, uksztaltowany z okraglych otworków kwadrat, a pod nim prostokatny wlacznik, zas na scianie górnej krawedz zalamania ksztaltujaca centralne owalne wglebienie. Od sciany przedniej, u góry i centralnie, odchodzi prostopadle lekko rozszerzajaca sie ku przodowi okragla rura, która jest zakonczona scianka zawierajaca wiele malych otworków, a otoczona rozszerzajacym sie na boki kolnierzem. Od rury odchodzi prostopadle ku górze kolejna lekko rozszerzajaca sie ku górze okragla rura zakonczona posadowionym na niej talerzykiem o ksztalcie odwzorowujacym trapezowy ksztalt rozdrabniacza i majacym zaokraglone naroza i podwyzszone obrzeze. Nad rura u góry w talerzyku posadowiony jest walcowy popychacz majacy obwodowe poszerzenie i poszerzona górna koncówke o zaokraglonym obrzezu. Na scianie przedniej zprawej strony u góry jest uksztaltowany okragly przycisk o nachylonej sciance czolowej. Cechami istotnymi rozdrabniacza jest to, ze ma segment górny posadowiony na segmencie dolnym. Segment dolny, w widoku z dolu, ma ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego o zaokraglonych narozach i o krótszej podstawie skierowanej ku tylowi rozdrabniacza. Scianki boczne segmentu dolnego sa zaokraglone i zbiezne ku dolowi, a proste scianki przednia i tylna przy narozach przechodza lukowo w wystepy zakonczone walcowymi stopkami. Na spodzie segment dolny ma zarysy liniowe, wielokatne i owalne, przy czym jeden zachodzi na sciane boczna z uksztaltowaniem wydluzonego zaglebienia. Segment górny ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych krawedziach i górnych narozach, lekko zbieznych ku górze scianach bocznych i tylnej oraz pochylonych ku tylowi scianach przedniej i górnej. Segment górny ma rozciagajace sie po bokach poprzez sciane przednia, górna i tylna dwie krawedzie zalamania, pomiedzy którymi ma na scianie tylnej, u góry i centralnie, uksztaltowany z okraglych otworków kwadrat, a pod nim prostokatny wlacznik, zas na scianie górnej krawedz zalamania ksztaltujaca centralne owalne wglebienie. Od sciany przedniej, u góry i centralnie, odchodzi prostopadle lekko rozszerzajaca sie ku przodowi okragla rura, która jest zakonczona scianka zawierajaca wiele malych otworków, a otoczona rozszerzajacym sie na boki kolnierzem. Od rury odchodzi prostopadle ku górze kolejna lekko rozszerzajaca sie ku górze okragla rurazakonczona posadowionym na niej talerzykiem o ksztalcie odwzorowujacym trapezowy ksztalt rozdrabniacza i majacym zaokraglone naroza i podwyzszone obrzeze. Nad rura u góry w talerzyku posadowiony jest walcowy popychacz majacy obwodowe poszerzenie i poszerzona górna koncówke o zaokraglonym obrzezu. Compared to similar products of this type, the chopper is distinguished by its novel design, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, materials, and ornamentation. The chopper design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1.1 shows the chopper from the front, Fig. 1.2 from the back, Fig. 1.3 from the side, Fig. 1.4 from the other side, Fig. 1.5 from the top, Fig. 1.6 from the bottom, and Fig. 1.7 from a perspective view from the side, front, and top. The chopper, according to the industrial design, is characterized by an upper segment mounted on a lower segment. The lower segment, viewed from below, has the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners and a shorter base directed towards the rear of the shredder. The side walls of the lower segment are rounded and tapered downwards, while the straight front and rear walls arc into protrusions at the corners, terminating in cylindrical feet. At the bottom, the lower segment has linear, polygonal, and oval outlines, with one overlapping the side wall with an elongated recess. The upper segment has a roughly cuboid shape with rounded edges and upper corners, slightly tapered side and rear walls, and rearward-sloping front and top walls. The upper segment has two folded edges extending along the sides through the front, top, and rear walls. Between these edges, on the rear wall, at the top and center, is a square shaped with circular holes, and below it is a rectangular switch. On the upper wall, the folded edge forms a central oval recess. A circular tube extends perpendicularly from the front wall, at the top and center, slightly widening forward. This tube terminates in a wall containing many small holes and surrounded by a laterally widening flange. Another slightly widening circular tube extends perpendicularly upward, terminating in a plate shaped like a trapezoidal chopper, with rounded corners and a raised rim. Above the tube, a cylindrical pusher with a circumferential extension and a widened upper end with a rounded rim is mounted in a plate. A circular button with an inclined front wall is formed on the upper right side of the front wall. The crusher's essential features include an upper segment mounted on a lower segment. Viewed from below, the lower segment has the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners and a shorter base directed towards the rear of the crusher. The side walls of the lower segment are rounded and tapered downwards, while the straight front and rear walls arc into protrusions terminated with cylindrical feet at the corners. On the underside, the lower segment has linear, polygonal, and oval outlines, with one overlapping the side wall, forming an elongated recess. The upper segment is roughly cuboid in shape, with rounded edges and upper corners, slightly upward-tapering side and rear walls, and rearward-sloping front and top walls. The upper segment has two folded edges extending sideways through the front, top, and rear walls. Between these, on the rear wall, at the top and center, is a square shaped with circular holes, and below it, a rectangular switch, while on the upper wall, a folded edge forms a central oval recess. From the front wall, at the top and center, extends perpendicularly, a slightly flared circular tube, ending in a wall containing many small holes and surrounded by a laterally flared flange. From this tube extends perpendicularly upward, another slightly flared circular tube, ending in a plate mounted on it, resembling the trapezoidal shape of the chopper, with rounded corners and a raised rim. Above the tube, a cylindrical pusher with a circumferential widening and a widened upper end with a rounded rim is mounted in the plate.
