Podob¬ ne doskonale wynika otrzymano stosujac mase krystaliczna cukru z wielu populacji krystalicz¬ nych, przy czym kostkom cukru mozna nadac gestosc powyzej i,00 g/cm8. In the production of cube sugar in a known machine, it has been found that the sugar cubes are not completely perpendicular even when the forming cavities are formed. the forming element are precisely machined and have a straight shape drooping but narrower at the front end as viewed in the direction of movement of the forming elements, as a result of which the cube sugar does not have a nice appearance and moreover it is difficult to stack the sugar cubes in the packaging adapted to these cubes. The cause of the deterioration in the intended regular shape of the sugar lumps is quite clear, but it is known that a number of factors contribute to this deterioration. One such factor is the uneven distribution of the fairly inert mass of sugar crystals when fed into the forming cavity at one end, another is the shaking of the forming element, and yet another is the relative motion between the forming element and the substrate. The height of the sugar cube is usually 15-20 mm without detriment to the intended regular shape. The molding element according to the invention does not present the above-mentioned drawbacks due to the fact that the mutual distance between the two mentioned side surfaces on the opposite contour is The mold cavity, when viewed in the direction of the nose, is slightly larger than at the rear end. The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the molding element in a top view, and Fig. 2 - forming element in cross-section along the line II-II in Fig. 1. The forming element is made of a bar 10 of equal thickness with a rectangular cross-section with numerous forming recesses 11 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the element as through holes between two opposing longitudinal sides of the bar, one of which, visible in the drawing, rests on the substrate B made of in the form of a steel strip, constituting a circulating conveyor. At both ends of the rod the rod has cylindrical noses 12 protruding perpendicularly from the front surfaces of the rod. These pins connect the rod 10 to the driving and guide device, by means of which the rod is moved in the direction of the arrow 13 along the substrate, which closes one end of the through molding cavities, and is also connected to the shaker. , which serves to shake the rod in its longitudinal direction. At the surface intended to bear on the ground, the rod at each pin 12 has a flat portion 14 inclined at a slight angle to the rest of the surface and is intended to lift the rod above the ground during shaking. The molding recesses on the 11th are essentially rectangular in shape. and the same size and shape as sugar lumps, but according to the invention a slight deviation from the exactly rectangular shape is used, namely the molding cavities, for the reasons stated above, are slightly wider at this end, which is the leading end relative to the movement of the rod in the direction indicated by arrow 13. The deviation is slight, and if, for example, the width of the mold cavity at the rear end is 10.05 mm, the width b 'at the front end of the mold cavity is 10.20 mm. This slight difference is, however, sufficient to compensate for such a deviation from a perfectly rectangular shape by the use of the shape element described, as occurs in shapes made with a shape cavity with a precisely rectangular shape. the forming element and the substrate were moved synchronously with a speed of 15-20 m / minute in the direction of the arrow 13. When shaking the forming element in its longitudinal direction with an amplitude of at least ± 1.5 mm and at most 2.5 mm of the element recess for - the mass of sugar crystals was filled in the mass of sugar crystals while moving the molding element and the substrate along the path of about i / m P <where the sugar crystalline mass, located in the forming cavities, was also concentrated on the way of about 1 m by shaking the shaping element and the substrate simultaneously. Using the crystalline mass of sugar with a homogeneous crystal population, sugar cubes were obtained with a density of 0.95-1.00 g / cm.sup.3, which, despite the desired difference between the dimensions b ', could be considered as exactly cuboid. A similar pattern has been perfectly obtained by employing a crystalline mass of sugar from a plurality of crystalline populations, and the sugar cubes may be made at a density greater than 0.00 g / cm.sup.3.
