Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli wypoczynkowych skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych mebli charakteryzujacych sie zarówno walorami zdobniczymi, jak i zaletami uzytkowymi oraz ergonomicznymi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia schematycznie na fig. 1 - widok perspektywiczny od czola fotela, fig. 2 - widok od czola sofy dwuosobowej, fig. 3 - kanape trzyosobowa w czolowym widoku perspektywicznym. Material ilustracyjny stanowia kolorowe odbitki zdjec mebli, z których na fig. 4 przedstawia widok czolowy fotela, zas fig. 5 - kanape trzyosobowa w widoku od czola. Komplet mebli wypoczynkowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi rodzaj mebli,, tapicerowanych z drewnianym stelazem. Komplet zawiera fotel jako jednostke modulowa sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej. Fotel ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze korpus przestrzennie ma postac zblizona do prostopadloscianu z zaoblonymi tylnymi narozami. Podlokietniki maja uksztaltowane pionowo boczne sciany zakonczone w górnej czesci walcowymi poduchami bocznych oparc, przechodzacymi katowo ze wzniosem od czola do lukowej, takze katowej górnej powierzchni tylnego oparcia, przy czym wewnetrzne i zewnetrzne powierzchnie podlokietników i tylnego oparcia stanowia jednolite gladkie powierzchnie o ergonomicznym katowym wyprofilowaniu. Wyjatek stanowi czolowa powierzchnia tylnego oparcia, na której uformowana jest poprzez powierzchniowe wyszycie z wglebieniami siatki rombów stykajacych sie ze soba wierzcholkami, w których to punktach osadzone sa koliste nakladki. Siatka ta nadaje fotelowi charakterystyczny bardzo zdobniczyakcent. Innym elementem zdobniczym fotela sa umieszczone na czolowych powierzchniach podlokietników pionowe listwowe elementy ozdobne, majace w widoku z przodu zarys zblizony do wydluzonej litery „S", z górnym odchyleniem na zewnatrz i zagieciem do wewnatrz dolnego odcinka. Miedzy koncami pionowych listwowych elementów ozdobnych, na dolnej krawedzi powierzchni czolowej cokolu zamocowany jest poziomy listwowy element ozdobny z lukowym wglebieniem w czesci srodkowej. Na dolnej powierzchni cokolu zamocowane sa w narozach katowe stopki z lukowymi przejsciami od podstawy do górnych krawedzi stykajacych sie z cokolem. Na górnej powierzchni cokolu umieszczona jest poducha siedziska, której czolowa powierzchnia ma zarys lukowy i wystaje poza powierzchnie cokolu, przy czym krawedzie poduchy siedziska obszyte sakiederem, zdecydowanie zarysowujac profil siedziska. Charakterystycznym jest wykonanie z drewna pionowych i poziomych listwowych elementów ozdobnych, katowych stopków oraz poziomych elementów polaczeniowych stelaza, uzyskujac dodatkowo bardzo wysokie walory zdobnicze, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa dwuosobowa bedaca jednym ze skladowych mebli kompletu mebli wypoczynkowych, której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej szerokosci fotela. Cokól stanowi jednolita konstrukcje, z osadzonymi na dolnej krawedzi powierzchni czolowej dwoma segmentami poziomego listwowego elementu ozdobnego, z lukowym wglebieniem w czesci srodkowej kazdego segmentu. Na górnej powierzchni cokolu umieszczone sa dwa segmenty poduch siedziska z wglebieniem wzdluz ich krawedzi polaczeniowych oraz obszyciem kiederem zewnetrznych krawedzi zestawu dwóch segmentów poduch siedziska. Tylne oparcie ma jednolity prostopadloscienny ksztalt z ergonomicznym katowym odchyleniem do tylu i lukowymi polaczeniami z katowymi podlokietnikami. Czolowa powierzchnia poduchy tylnego oparcia zawiera wyszyta z wglebieniami siatke rombów, nadajac sofie okreslony zdobniczy styl charakterystyczny dla zglaszanych mebli, co uwidoczniono na rysunku fig. 2. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest takze sofa trzyosobowa o cechach istotnych wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujacych sie tym, ze ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do potrójnej szerokosci fotela. Cokól ma jednolita budowe z osadzonymi na dolnej krawedzi powierzchni czolowej trzema segmentami poziomego listwowego elementu ozdobnego z lukowym wglebieniem w czesci srodkowej kazdego segmentu. Na górnej powierzchni cokolu umieszczone sa trzysegmenty poduch siedziska z wglebieniami wzdluz ich krawedzi polaczeniowych oraz obszyciem kiederem zewnetrznych krawedzi zestawu trzech segmentów poduch siedziska. Tylne oparcie ma jednolity prostopadloscienny ksztalt z ergonomicznym katowym odchyleniem do tylu i lukowymi polaczeniami z katowymi podlokietnikami. Na czolowej powierzchni poduchy tylnego oparcia wyszyta jest z wglebieniami siatka rombów, nadajac okreslony zdobniczy styl charakterystyczny dla zglaszanego kompletu mebli, co uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 5.Fig.1 fig 2 Fig. 3Fig. 1Fig 2Fig 3Fíg. 4Fig 5 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial arrangement of the individual pieces, characterized by both decorative qualities and functional and ergonomic advantages. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material. The drawings schematically illustrate Fig. 1 – a frontal perspective view of the armchair; Fig. 2 – a frontal view of the two-seater sofa; Fig. 3 – a frontal perspective view of the three-seater sofa. The illustrative material consists of color prints of furniture photographs, of which Fig. 4 shows a frontal view of the armchair; and Fig. 5 – a frontal view of the three-seater sofa. The lounge furniture set, according to the industrial design, is a type of upholstered furniture with a wooden frame. The set includes an armchair as a modular unit, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. The armchair features significant industrial design features, including a rectangular-shaped body with rounded rear corners. The armrests feature vertically articulated side walls, topped with cylindrical side cushions, which extend at an angle from the front to the curved, also angled, upper surface of the backrest. The inner and outer surfaces of the armrests and backrest are uniform, smooth surfaces with an ergonomic, angular profile. The exception is the front surface of the backrest, which is formed by a recessed, rhombus-shaped mesh pattern stitched into the surface, with interlocking vertices and circular overlays. This mesh gives the armchair a distinctive, highly decorative touch. Another decorative element of the armchair is the vertical decorative strips placed on the front surfaces of the armrests, which, when viewed from the front, have an outline similar to an elongated "S," with the upper section sloping outward and the lower section folding inward. A horizontal decorative strip is mounted between the ends of the vertical decorative strips, on the lower edge of the front surface of the plinth. Angled feet with arcuate transitions from the base to the upper edges that meet the plinth are mounted in the corners of the lower surface of the plinth. A seat cushion is placed on the upper surface of the plinth, the front surface of which has an arcuate outline and protrudes beyond the plinth surface, with the edges of the seat cushion trimmed with sakieder, clearly outlining the seat profile. Characteristically, the vertical and horizontal decorative slats, angled feet, and horizontal frame connecting elements are made of wood, achieving additionally very high decorative value, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 1) and in the illustrative material (Fig. 4). A variation of the industrial design is the two-seater sofa, one of the components of the lounge suite. Its essential industrial design features include a seat and backrest with a width approximately twice the width of the armchair. The plinth is a uniform structure, with two segments of a horizontal decorative slat embedded on the lower edge of the front surface, with an arched recess in the center of each segment. The upper surface of the plinth features two seat cushion segments with recesses along their connecting edges and a guiding trim along the outer edges of the two seat cushion segments. The rear backrest has a uniform, rectangular shape with an ergonomic, angular rearward tilt and arc-shaped connections to the angled armrests. The front surface of the rear backrest cushion features an embroidered, recessed diamond grid, giving the sofa a distinct decorative style characteristic of the furniture in question, as shown in Figure 2. Another variation of the industrial design is the three-seater sofa, which has essential industrial design features, characterized by a seat and rear backrest width approaching three times the width of the armchair. The plinth has a uniform structure with three segments of a horizontal, strip-shaped decorative element embedded on the lower edge of the front surface, each with an arc-shaped recess in the center of each segment. The upper surface of the plinth features three segments of seat cushions with recesses along their connecting edges and a guiding trim around the outer edges of the three seat cushion segments. The rear backrest has a uniform, cuboid shape with an ergonomic angular tilt backward and arc-shaped connections to the angled armrests. A rhombus grid with recesses is embroidered on the front surface of the rear backrest cushion, lending a specific decorative style characteristic of the furniture set, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3, and in the illustrative material, Fig. 5.
