PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a welded chain-type mining lining mesh used to encase the lining of roadway workings as protection against falling or sliding lumps of coal, stone, ore, or other minerals. Chain lining meshes, constructed in the form of a grid of interconnected transverse and longitudinal rods by means of welds, are placed on the support frame and connected by bends of the longitudinal rods, forming a chain (continuity). Welded chain-type mining lining meshes are known from the Polish standard PN-G-15050. These meshes constitute a grid by welding the longitudinal rods to the transverse rods. Depending on the type and purpose of the facing mesh, the ends of the longitudinal rods have different shapes, such as hooks, catches, or half-loops. Chain-type facing mesh has two outer longitudinal rods bent at one end in a plane perpendicular to the mesh plane, forming a hook. The opposite edge of the mesh has a transverse rod welded to the longitudinal rods for connection to the adjacent mesh during the assembly of a chain of meshes. This facing mesh is also known from Polish patent application No. P-352448. Its structure is characterized by the fact that the ends of the longitudinal bars are bent into U-shaped hooks lying in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the mesh and directed in the opposite direction at the individual ends. The outermost transverse bar is attached to the longitudinal bars from the side of the excavation. Other transverse bars are attached in different places on the longitudinal bars from the sidewall or from the side of the excavation. The transverse bars have different diameters. The described solutions for chain-type mining lining meshes are characterized by the inconvenience of making their assembly in a longitudinal arrangement, i.e. when creating a string of meshes. Furthermore, their design reduces the effectiveness of the sidewall and excavation roof shield due to the lack of elements permanently connecting the mesh strings to each other in a transverse arrangement, for example, in the vertical sidewall shield. A lining mesh constructed of longitudinal and transverse bars in the form of a grid, with the ends of the longitudinal bars bent in the opposite direction in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the U-shaped mesh, has, according to the utility model, a hook clearance of the longitudinal bar greater than the diameter of the transverse hook bar. However, at least two central transverse bars have a length greater than the other transverse bars. The portion of these rods extending beyond the mesh dimensions has a length of no less than 80 mm and no more than 150 mm. Important advantages of the mesh include its ease of installation in a longitudinal configuration when creating a mesh chain. Furthermore, the extended transverse rods, when bent during installation and connected to the adjacent mesh, ensure a permanent connection of the mesh chains in a transverse configuration, which ensures greater effectiveness in shielding the sides and roofs of the excavations. The welded chain-type mining lining mesh according to the utility model is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the mesh in a top view before its installation, and Fig. 2 - the mesh in a side view. The welded chain-type mining lining mesh constructed in the form of a grid, having the ends of the longitudinal bars bent in the opposite direction in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the U-shaped mesh according to the utility model is characterized in that the clearance 2 of the hook 3 of the longitudinal bar 1 is greater than the diameter of the transverse hook bar 4. However, at least two central transverse bars 5 have a length greater than the remaining transverse bars. The part of them protruding beyond the net dimensions has a length of no less than 80 mm and no more than 150 mm. PL PL PL PL PL PL
