Description

W takim uk ladzie si lowniki hydrau- liczne wychy lów poziomych maj a osie wzd lu zne usytuowane wzgl edem siebie w widoku z góry na podobie nstwo litery V, rozbie znie w kierunku cz esci ruchomej obrotnicy. St ad te z mocowania si lowni- ków wychy lów bocznych do czesci sta lej obrotnicy zlokalizowane s a stosunkowo blisko siebie, zacho- dz ac nad tunel, w którym posadowiona jest podawarka zgrzeb lowa odprowadzaj aca urobek z przodka chodnika. Pionowe ramiona na swych zewn etrznych, bocznych stronach posiadaj a uchwyty do przegubowego mocowania si lowni- ków obrotu czesci ruchomej obrotnicy w p laszczy znie poziomej. PL PLDescription of the pattern The subject of the utility model is the turntable of a longitudinal roadheader, used in the performance of corridor workings in underground mining, especially in stone coal. In roadheaders, the cutting head is mounted at the end of the boom mounted pivotally in the vertical joint in the movable part of the turntable, which movable part is connected to the turntable's fixed part, rotatably mounted on the horizontal joint to the main frame of the combine's undercarriage. Thanks to this structure, the boom can perform complex movements both in the horizontal and vertical plane, which allows for the cutting of the entire surface of the roadhead, even without the need to maneuver the roadheader driving system. The outrigger is controlled vertically by two hydraulic cylinders articulated to the movable part of the turntable, while tilting the movable part to the sides is carried out by means of a cylinder and a gear system - in older solutions - or by means of a pair of actuators operating in an alternating system, fixed with one ends to the holders of the movable part, with the rotationally gained part in the fixed part, and with the other ends mounted in the holders located at the rear end of the fixed part of the turntable. In such a system, the horizontal tilt hydraulic cylinders have the longitudinal axes situated relative to each other in a V-like view from above, diverging towards the movable part of the turntable. Hence, the attachment of the strength of the side deflection hunters to the fixed part of the turntable are located relatively close to each other, overlapping the tunnel where the scraper feeder is installed, which discharges the spoil from the pavement face. In order to ensure the proper clearance of the scraper feeder tunnel, it is necessary to build a feeder with a broken route in a vertical plane, or the appropriate lifting of the entire turntable. The route behind the armature of the scraper feeder is disadvantageous in terms of movement and reduces the lifetime of the feeder, while lifting the turntable upwards is unfavorable for the excavation of the chipping part of the heading. The purpose of the utility model is to develop such a design of the turntable of a long-haul roadheader, which will enable a straight-line execution of the conveyor's route, with a simultaneous low installation of the turntable in the roadheader's body. The essence of the utility pattern consists in the fact that the turntable constant part has a diagonal cut of the lower surface on the rear side, converging towards the back of the upper surface, limited on the sides by vertical arms with an internal clearance close to the width a tunnel for a scraper feeder, delimited by vertical supports of the main frame of a roadheader. The vertical arms on their outer, lateral sides have grips for the articulated mounting of the rotation force of the rotating part of the turntable in the horizontal plane. It is advantageous when the vertical arms of the fixed part of the turntable are embedded in the corresponding shape cut-outs of the front part of the vertical supports of the main frame and are additionally connected to them by means of bolts. It is best if the distance between the internal surfaces of the vertical arms of the fixed turntable part is larger than the external width of the external chain feeder passing through the tunnel between the vertical supports of the main frame of the roadheader. It is also desirable that the diagonal plate of the fixed part of the turntable is inclined to the horizontal plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the movable part of the turntable at an angle not less than the highest value of the inclination angle of the route a scraper feeder to this horizontal plane. The main advantage of the design of the turntable according to the utility formula is that the oblique cut of the lower surface of the turntable's fixed part creates a place for a rectilinear location of the conveyor. The shape of the fastening of the fixed part itself with the main frame brackets allows for a much more favorable distribution of the l transferred from the turntable to the roadheader body, which makes the joint more reliable in movement and improves its service life even in the conditions of high hardness. It is also not without significance that the purpose of the utility model was achieved by relatively simple technical means, with minimal production costs. The utility pattern is explained in more detail in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the roadheader in a simplified side view with a partial vertical section through the turntable e, Fig. 2 - turntables in a perspective view on the lower surface e, Fig. 3 - turntables and a fragment of the head frame PL 64 554 Y1 3 in a perspective view from the rear, and Fig. 4 - turntables and a fragment of the main frame in a perspective view from below. The roadheader 1 comprises a chassis 2 on which a body 3 is mounted with a loader 4 connected to it, and a feeder and scraper 5 with a straight path. The top body 3 is equipped with a main frame 6 with two parallel, vertical supports 7. A turntable 8 is attached to the vertical supports 7, at one end of which is articulated in a vertical joint, using the pins 9 and the eye 10 the boom 11 is equipped at the end with a cutting body 12. The pins 9 and lugs 10 are located on the movable part 13 of the turntable 8, which is connected to the fixed part 14 of the turntable 8 by by means of a vertical pin 15, which enables the swivel of the horizontal movable part 13 in relation to the fixed part 14. The hydraulic actuators 16 are used to control the movable part 13, and the hydraulic actuators 11 are used for lifting the boom 11 by of the vertical shaft is the hydraulic force 17. The turntable 8 has two parallel arms 18, which fit in shape in the cutouts 19 made in vertical supports 7 of the main frame 6 and are connected by means of screw connections, enter in holes 20, 21. For p The S between the internal external surfaces of the arms 18 is greater than the width of the scraper feeder 5. The arms 18 on their external external side sides 22 have grips 23 for mounting hydraulic cylinders 16, which work in an alternating system, and and when one is pulled out, the other reduces its length accordingly. At the rear end of the fixed part 14, the turntable 8 has a diagonal cut 24 of its lower surface 25, converging to the upper surface 26, inclined at an angle up to the horizontal plane, perpendicular to the axis of the pin 15 connecting the parts a fixed 14 with a movable part 13 of a turntable 8, which increases the space of a tunnel 27, where a scraper feeder is placed 5. Due to this inclined cut, 24 scraper feeder can have a rectilinear path with an inclination of ß to the horizontal plane perpendicular to the axis of the vertical pin 15. PL PL
