Pierwszenstwo: Opublikowano: 30.VI.1972 65514 KI. 37d, 21/12 MKP E04f 21/12 Wspóltwórcy wynalazku: Maciej Sokolowski, Tadeusz Szumski, Mikolaj Fus Wlasciciel patentu: Centralny Osrodek Badawczo-Rozwojowy ZREMB, Warszawa (Polska) Uklad do pneumatycznego sterowania urzadzen, zwlaszcza agregatów tynkarskich i Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uklad do pneuma¬ tycznego sterowania urzadzen, zwlaszcza agrega¬ tów tynkarskich, w którym przewód doprowadza¬ jacy sprezone powietrze ze sprezarki i lub zbior¬ nika powietrza do koncówki tynkarskiej, zaopa¬ trzonej w kurek, stanowi jednoczesnie przewód sterujacy. Wady i niedogodnosci tych ukladów sterowania 10 praca agregatów tynkarskich starano sie usunac przez stosowanie dodatkowych przewodów steru¬ jacych, prowadzonych równolegle do przewodu do¬ starczajacego powietrze robocze do koncówki tyn¬ karskiej. Celem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie wad i niedogodnosci znanych ukladów do pneumatyczne- 2o go sterowania urzadzen. 1 przedstawia schematycznie uklad sterowa¬ nia agregatu tynkarskiego z zastosowaniem lacz¬ nika elektrycznego wlaczajacego silnik napedzaja¬ cy pompe, fig. 2 — uklad zawierajacy sprzeglo elektromagnetyczne, fig. 3 — uklad z lacznikiem pneumatycznym lub hydraulicznym i sprzeglem sterowanym silownikiem, zas fig. 4 przedstawia wbudowany w przewód przekaznik przeplywu po¬ wietrza w przekroju podluznym, fig. 5 — prze¬ kaznik z fig. 4 polaczony z lacznikiem elektrycz¬ nym, fig. 6 — przekaznik polaczony z lacznikiem pneumatycznym, a fig. 7 — przekaznik polaczony z lacznikiem hydraulicznym. 4 i 5.Na fig. PL PL PLPriority: Published: 30/VI/1972 65514 KI. 37d, 21/12 MKP E04f 21/12 Co-inventors of the invention: Maciej Sokolowski, Tadeusz Szumski, Mikolaj Fus Patent owner: Centralny Osrodek Badawczo-Rozwojowy ZREMB, Warszawa (Poland) System for pneumatic control of devices, especially plastering units and The subject of the invention is a system for pneumatic control of devices, especially plastering units, in which the line supplying compressed air from the compressor and or the air tank to the plastering tip, provided with a tap, is at the same time a control line. Systems for pneumatic control of the operation of pumps installed in plastering units are known, in which the line supplying compressed air from the compressor, located in the plastering unit assembly, to the plastering tip is equipped with a tap, also constitutes a control line. A pressure control element in the form of a valve or electric switch is incorporated into this line, and this element either acts on the motor driving the pump, or is connected by pressure lines to a servomotor acting on clutches in the pump drive system. These systems operate in such a way that when the pressure in the line drops or rises below or above a certain pressure value, the mortar supply pump is turned on or off. The pump is turned on as a result of the pressure drop in the air line, which is caused by the operator opening the tap at the plastering nozzle. The pressure drop in the air line, despite the compressor's simultaneous operation, causes the valve spring to overcome the resistance of the reduced pressure, which causes the valve to cut off the compressed air supply to the pump clutch actuator, thus turning on the pump. When using an electric pressure switch, the pressure drop in the working line caused by opening the air cock at the plastering tip causes the switch spring to overcome the resistance of this pressure, which leads to a short circuit of the contacts that turn on the pump's motor. The pump is turned off as a result of the pressure in the air line increasing to a predetermined level. This increase is caused by closing the cock at the plastering tip. The increased air pressure overcomes the resistance of the valve spring, which opens the flow of compressed air to the actuator, disengaging the clutch, or causes the electrical switch contacts to open and switches off the motor driving the pump. jc" The disadvantage of these pump control systems is that it takes place with large pressure changes in the air line, which causes a significant delay in the control operation. This delay is particularly unfavorable in plastering machines, because after closing the air outlet tap from the plastering nozzle, mortar can no longer be applied to the plastered surface, while the pump supplies mortar until a sufficient increase in pressure occurs in the air line, which, by acting on the appropriate system elements, will cause the pump to switch off. Another significant disadvantage of these control systems is that they do not allow the use of compressed air tanks or the use of a central compressed air network, and moreover, they cause significant losses of air and mortar, thus worsening the working conditions and results. Disadvantages and inconveniences of these control systems 10. Attempts were made to eliminate the difficulties encountered in the operation of plastering units by using additional control lines, running parallel to the line supplying working air to the plastering tip. This system does not eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages; moreover, it is more complicated, which makes the operation and maintenance of the devices used significantly more difficult. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages and inconveniences of known systems for pneumatic control of devices. In particular, the invention aims to develop a system for pneumatic control of plastering units, reducing the switching time of pumps and enabling the incorporation of air tanks of any size into the system, allowing the use of compressed air also for other purposes, and ensuring the use of a central compressed air network. This aim, according to the invention, was achieved by installing a compressed air tank from a compressor or an air flow rate transmitter is built into the tank to the plastering tip equipped with a tap, connected electrically or by a pressure medium, via a pusher cooperating on one side with the electric diaphragm of the transmitter, and on the other side with the control element of the electric or pressure switch, with a set of devices driving the mortar pump, wherein the air flow transmitter in its body contains a reducer or nozzle, and between the body of the transmitter and the cover there is a free space divided by a flexible diaphragm into two chambers, one of which is connected by a channel 45 with the space in front of the nozzle or reducer of the transmitter, and the other is connected with the space behind the outlet of the reducer or near the smallest cross-section of the nozzle. The air flow rate transmitter 5Q It comprises a pusher equipped with a spring with adjustable tension, which on one side adheres to a flexible diaphragm and on the other side is coupled to the control element of the electric or pressure switch. It is preferred that the pusher and the control element constitute a single unit placed in the connector body, connected to the air transmitter body. This combination of technical means makes the pump operation dependent solely on the air flow rate through the working conduit. The system according to the invention eliminates the disadvantages of known systems and, moreover, is not sensitive to changes in the working air pressure, which allows the use of any capacity of compressed air tanks and the use of air from a single source not only for spraying the mortar in the plastering nozzle but also for driving pneumatic system of other devices. Furthermore, this system also enables the use of a central compressed air network. An important feature and advantage of the control system according to the invention is also a significantly shorter operating time than known control systems. The subject of the invention is shown in an example embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 schematically shows a plastering unit control system using an electric switch switching on the motor driving the pump, Fig. 2 — a system containing an electromagnetic clutch, Fig. 3 — a system with a pneumatic or hydraulic switch and a clutch controlled by an actuator, while Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal section of an air flow transmitter built into the conduit, Fig. 5 — the relay from Fig. 4 connected to the electric switch, Fig. 6 — the relay connected to the pneumatic switch, and fig. 7 — relay connected to a hydraulic connector. As shown in fig. 1, the air flow rate transmitter 1 is built into the conduit 2 connected to the compressed air tank 3 or directly to the compressor 4 and the plastering tip 5, provided with a tap 6. The relay 1 is coupled via a pusher 7 and a control element 8 to an electric switch 9. The plastering tip 5 is connected by a pipeline to a pump 10, the motor 11 of which is powered by a contactor 12 activated by a control element 8 of the electric switch 9. The system shown in fig. 2 differs from the system shown in fig. 1 only in that the electric switch 9 is placed in an electric circuit powering an electromagnetic clutch 13 placed between The control system shown in Fig. 3 comprises a relay 1 coupled via a pusher 7 and a control element 8 with a pneumatic or hydraulic pressure switch 14 controlling the supply of pressure medium to the actuator 15, which controls the clutch 16 transmitting the drive from the motor 11 to the pump 10. The remaining elements of the system are the same as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The relay 1 shown in Fig. 4 consists of a body 17 and a cover 18 connected to it, between which there is a free space divided by a flexible membrane 19 into two chambers 20 and 21 connected by channels 22 and 23 with the space of the body 17 in front of it. nozzle 24 and near its smallest cross-section. Flexible diaphragm 19 rests on plate 25 and is pivotally connected to pusher 7. Spring 26 is placed between the front wall of hole 27 in cover 18 and the bottom of holder 28, which is threaded to pusher 7 and secured against rotation by screw 29. Relay 1 shown in Fig. 4 can be permanently connected as one unit to electric connector 9 or pressure connector 14, pneumatic or hydraulic. Fig. 5 shows relay 1 connected to electric connector 9. Pusher 7 forms one unit with control element 8, located in the same body 30, which is provided with a spring. #8 with voltage regulated by means of nut 31. Control element 8 cooperates with contacts 32 and 33. Fig. 6 shows a relay 1 built into the line 2, in which the pusher 7 constitutes one whole with the control element 8, opening or closing the air flow between channels 34 and 35, and after deflecting the seal 36, connecting channel 35 with the atmosphere. The remaining elements are identical to those in Figs. 4 and 5. Fig. 7 shows a relay 1 permanently connected to the body 30 of the hydraulic pressure switch 14, in which the pusher 7 and the control element 8 constitute one part controlling the fluid flow between channels 34 and 35. The remaining elements are identical to those described above and shown in Figs. 4, 5 and 6. The operation of the relay 1 shown in Figs. 4, 5, 6 and 7 and the control of the system shown in Fig. 1 is as follows. If air flows through the nozzle 24 at a given rate, the difference in static pressures in front of the nozzle 24 and in its smallest cross-section, acting on the flexible diaphragm 19, overcomes the resistance of the spring 26 and moves the diaphragm 19 downwards together with the pusher 7. If, on the other hand, the air flow rate decreases, the above-mentioned pressure difference also decreases and is no longer sufficient to keep the flexible diaphragm 19 together with the pusher 7 in the lower position. Then the spring 26 moves The pusher 7 together with the flexible diaphragm 19 is moved to the upper position. The tension of the spring 26 is adjusted by rotating the pusher 7, which causes the axial displacement of the holder 28, or by the nut 31. After opening the cock 6 at the plastering tip 5, air flows directly from the compressor 4 or the tank 3 through the line 2 through the nozzle 24 of the relay 1, as a result of which the diaphragm 19 moves the pusher 7, which itself or through the control element 8 closes the contacts of the electric switch 9, which directly or through the contactor 12 starts the pump 10. Closing or closing the cock 6 at the plastering tip 5 reduces the flow rate or interrupts the air flow through the line 2 and relay 1, as a result of which the pusher 7 moves back and the contactor 12 opens, which in consequence stops the pump 10. Control of the system shown in Fig. 25, comprising an electromagnetic clutch 13 and an electric switch 9 coupled with relay 1, and control of the system shown in Fig. 3, comprising a pneumatic or hydraulic pressure switch 14 coupled with relay 1 and a cylinder 15 controlling the clutch 16, is analogous to the one described above and is clearly visible from the system diagram.
