Pierwszenstwo: Opublikowano: 20.X.1972 65729 KI. 421,13/01 MKP BOH 9/04 UKD Wspóltwórcy wynalazku: Bernard Siczek, Mieczyslaw Strzelecki Wlasciciel patentu: Polska Akademia Nauk (Zaklad Doswiadczalny Bu¬ dowy Aparatury Naukowej UNIPAN), Warszawa (Polska) Rozbieralne zlacze krzyzowe, zwlaszcza do statywów Przedmiotem wynalazku jest rozbieralne zlacze krzyzowe, zwlaszcza do statywów, umozliwiajace ustalenie dwóch pretów lub rur pod dowolnym katem wzgledem siebie i w dowolnym polozeniu wzdluz ich osi symetrii.Znane zlacza krzyzowe do laczenia pretów lub rur, najczesciej w pozycji prostopadlej, skladaja sie zazwyczaj z korpusu w którym sa wykonane pro¬ stopadle otwory odpowiadajace srednicom prowad¬ nic. Scianki korpusu zaopatrzone sa w ucha roz¬ ciete wzdluz osi symetrii otworu, wskutek czego utworzone zostaja dwa sprezyste uchwyty dla pro¬ wadnic. 1 przedstawia poszczególne elementy zlacza, w wi¬ doku aksonometrycznym, natomiast fig. PL PL PLPriority: Published: 20/10/1972 65729 KI. 421,13/01 MKP BOH 9/04 UKD Co-inventors of the invention: Bernard Siczek, Mieczysław Strzelecki Patent owner: Polish Academy of Sciences (UNIPAN Experimental Plant for the Construction of Scientific Equipment), Warsaw (Poland) Detachable cross joint, especially for stands The subject of the invention is a detachable cross joint, especially for stands, enabling the positioning of two rods or pipes at any angle to each other and in any position along their axis of symmetry. Known cross joints for connecting rods or pipes, most often in a perpendicular position, usually consist of a body in which perpendicular holes corresponding to the diameters of the guides are made. The body walls are equipped with lugs cut along the axis of symmetry of the opening, creating two resilient holders for the guides. After inserting the guides into the body holes, their relative positions are fixed by tightening the walls with a screw joint. A cross joint is also known, in which the horizontal and vertical tubes are enclosed by shells, each consisting of two parts. The shell halves are placed on a supporting shaft, to which hinges are attached. A threaded pin is pivotally attached to the upper pair of hinges, while the outer, movable shell part of the jaw-clamping handle is also pivotally attached to the lower pair of hinges. By tightening the nut located on the bolt thread, the jaw-clamp clamp firmly compresses the pipe, creating a connection. To connect this pipe to another pipe running perpendicular to it, the coupling has a second jaw-clamp clamp, also mounted on hinges. 20 30 The main disadvantage of known coupling solutions is the considerable work required to achieve a connection each time. These joints are also characterized by a relatively high weight and complete failure in the event of thread damage, which is a common occurrence after repeated use. The aim of the invention is a cruciform joint that would enable quick and secure fixing of rods or pipes to each other and which would be suitable for repeated use, and at the same time would not require any tools to obtain the connection. This aim was achieved in the cruciform joint according to the present invention by the fact that it comprises a double U-shaped clamp and a single-armed, eccentric lever mounted with its circular front in the recess of a shaped spacer, and the spacer and the eccentric lever are mounted between the open arms of one U of the clamp, while the other U is The clamps and the lever are threaded through a rod or pipe, which also constitutes the axis of rotation of the eccentric lever. The technical advantage provided by the invention is the possibility of quickly and repeatedly connecting two rods or pipes, without the use of any additional tools or devices. The joint is characterized by structural simplicity and long service life, because despite the abrasion of the circular face of the lever, its continuous compensation takes place by increasing the angle of rotation of the eccentric lever, which is sufficient to tighten the joint. The subject of the invention is shown in an example embodiment in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the individual elements of the joint, in an axonometric view, while Fig. 2 shows, also in an axonometric view, a cross joint forming a connection of two rods, for example perpendicular to each other. The detachable cross joint according to the invention consists of an eccentric lever 1, a shaped spacer 2 and a band 3 in the shape of The shaped spacer 2 has semicircular recesses on both sides, one of which is adapted to the diameter of the rod or pipe, while the other recess corresponds to the external diameter of the lever 1 in its axis of rotation. The lever 1 has a through hole that fits loosely with the rod 4; this hole is situated eccentrically in relation to the external diameter of the lever. The recesses in the shaped spacer 2 are made perpendicular to each other in the example, but they can be made at different angles depending on the desired angle of the rod connection. The connection of two rods with the joint 25 according to the invention is described below. A clamp 3 is placed on the vertical rod 5 from the side of the open arms of the U-shaped shape. A shaped spacer 2 is inserted between the arms of the clamp 3, and an eccentric lever 1 is inserted into its horizontal recess. The lever 1 and both arms of the clamp 3 are threaded through the horizontal rod 4, which is the rotation axis of the lever 1. The joint thus assembled can be freely moved both along the vertical rod 5 and along the horizontal rod 4. After selecting the desired position, the eccentric lever 1 is rotated, which clamps in the recess of the shaped spacer 2, pressing it against the rod 5, and at the same time causes the clamp 3 to be stretched by the horizontal rod 4, thanks to which the connection is stiffened. The release of the connection, in order to change the position of the rods 4 and 5 relative to each other, is achieved only by turning the eccentric lever 1 in the direction opposite to the clamping direction.
