Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wazon. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i barwie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono w ujeciu schematycznym na zalaczonych rysunkach oraz na fotografii. Wazon w widoku czolowym przedstawiono na Fig. 1 i Fig. 4. Natomiast na Fig. 2 ukazano widok podstawy wazonu w ujeciu z góry, a na Fig. 3 widok podstawy wazonu w ujeciu z boku. Wazon moze byc wykonany w dowolnym kolorze. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy zestawiony jest korpusu i podstawy. Wazon charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego korpus posiada ksztalt wydluzonego lejka, który w srodkowej czesci uformowano w postaci petli.Srednica górnej czesci korpusu jest znacznie poszerzona i zwienczona otworem o zarysie okregu. Natomiast znacznie zwezona dolna czesc korpusu zamontowana jest prostopadle na podstawie o ksztalcie zblizonym do trójnogu, przy czym koncówka korpusu osadzona jest na dwóch czesciach trójnogu. Pierwsza z nich stanowi podpora, która jest element, usytuowany ukosnie wzgledem osi korpusu wazonu i zakonczony owalnie. Natomiast druga czescia podstawy jest podpora, o wygladzie petli, której konce umocowane sa do dolnej, zwezonej czesci korpusu wazonu, a takze do ukosnego elementu podpory pierwszej. Podpora, o ksztalcie petli posiada jedno wezbranie i dwa symetrycznie polozone wzgledem siebie zakola, dzieki czemu wazon stoi stabilnie na podlozu. The essential features of an industrial design include a new and original form of the object, manifested in shape and color, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented schematically in the attached drawings and in a photograph. The vase is shown in a frontal view in Fig. 1 and Fig. 4. Fig. 2 shows a top view of the vase's base, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the vase's base. The vase can be made in any color. The essential features of an industrial design: The industrial design consists of a body and a base. The vase is characterized by its body having the shape of an elongated funnel, which is formed in the middle as a loop. The diameter of the upper part of the body is significantly widened and topped with a circular opening. The significantly narrowed lower part of the body is mounted perpendicularly on a base shaped similar to a tripod, with the tip of the body mounted on two tripod parts. The first part is a support, which is an element located diagonally to the axis of the vase body and has an oval tip. The second part of the base is a loop-shaped support, the ends of which are attached to the lower, narrowed part of the vase body, as well as to the diagonal element of the first support. The loop-shaped support has one swell and two symmetrically arranged bends, thanks to which the vase stands stably on the ground.
