Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stól owalny przeznaczony do wyposazania pomieszczen mieszkalnych lub biurowych zwlaszcza pokojów stolowych, wypoczynkowych lub jako stól konferencyjny przeznaczony do wyposazenia biur i urzedów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac stolu przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych stolowi oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografii na których fig. 1 przedstawia stól wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 fotografie stolu wedlug wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym. Stól wedlug wzoru ma blat w o ksztalcie owalnym, owalna oskrzynie i umieszczony jest na dwóch podporach polaczonych w dolnej czesci szeroka listwa. Krawedz blatu ma profilowany ksztalt w postaci dwóch schodków, przy czym wymiary blatu stolu zwiekszaja sie w kierunku ku dolowi. Oskrzynia ma wzdluz dolnej krawedzi na calym obwodzie wybranie. Blat podzielony jest na dwie czesci w polowie dlugosci i ma schowany w oskrzyni prostokatny element zwiekszajacy jego dlugosc.Podpory stolu wykonane sa z ksztaltowników o przekroju prostokatnym, przy czym kazda podpora wykonana jest z dwóch ksztaltowników majacych ksztalt litery „V. Pionowa czesc kazdego ksztaltownika jest u góry szersza i zweza sie w niewielkim stopniu ku srodkowi, zas dolna ukosna czesc ma jednakowa szerokosc i zakonczona jest stopka. Przejscie pionowej czesci w dolna ukosna czesc od strony wewnetrznej jest po duzym promieniu, zas od strony zewnetrznej jest po malym promieniu, równiez przejscie dolnej ukosnej czesci w stopke jest po promieniu. Górna powierzchnia ksztaltownika jest zaokraglona i ma pólokragly wystep na calej dlugosci ksztaltownika. Ksztaltowniki polaczone sa ze soba wzdluz tylnych krawedzi pionowych czesci i usytuowane sa wzgledem siebie pod katem. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the table, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the table an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the table according to the design in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the table according to the design in a perspective view. The table according to the design has an oval top, an oval frame, and is placed on two supports connected at the bottom by a wide strip. The edge of the tabletop has a profiled shape in the form of two steps, with the dimensions of the tabletop increasing towards the bottom. The frame has a recess along the entire circumference along the lower edge. The tabletop is divided into two parts midway along its length and has a rectangular element hidden in the frame to increase its length. The table supports are made of rectangular sections, with each support made of two V-shaped sections. The vertical part of each section is wider at the top and tapers slightly towards the center, while the lower diagonal section is the same width and terminates in a foot. The transition from the vertical section to the lower diagonal section on the inside is a large radius, while on the outside it is a small radius, and the transition from the lower diagonal section to the foot is also a radius. The upper surface of the section is rounded and has a semicircular protrusion along the entire length of the section. are connected along the rear edges of the vertical sections and are angled relative to each other. The supports are connected by a wide rectangular decorative strip placed above the transition of the vertical section of the supporting sections into their lower diagonal part, with the strip having a recess along both the lower and upper edges. The oval table has an oval top with a profiled edge in the form of two steps, the dimensions of the top increasing downward, an oval frame with a recess along the entire perimeter of the lower edge, and table supports, each made of two V-shaped sections. with a rectangular cross-section, having a vertical part and a lower diagonal part, wherein the profiles are connected to each other along the rear edges of the vertical parts and are situated at an angle to each other, and both supports are connected to each other by means of a wide rectangular decorative strip placed above the transition of the vertical part of the profiles constituting the supports into their lower diagonal part, wherein the strip has a recess along the lower and upper edge on both sides, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1, Fig. 2. 2.
