Description

Pierwszenstwo: Opublikowano: 20.114973 67 337 KI. 76c,24/01 MPK DOlh 1/08 UKD Wspóltwórcy wynalazku: Ryszard Józwicki, Henryk Kubica, Irena Roszewska Wlasciciel patentu: Instytut Wlókiennictwa, Lódz (Polska) Sposób wytwarzania przedzy z wlókien naturalnych i chemicznych Wynalazek dotyczy ulepszenia sposobu wytwa¬ rzania przedzy z wlókien naturalnych i chemicz¬ nych metoda przedzenia z zastosowaniem wiru stacjonarnego wlókien wedlug patentu nr 66 402.Patent glówny dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania przedzy z wlókien naturalnych i chemicznych me¬ toda bez wrzecionowego przedzenia, w którym la¬ czenie i skrecanie wlókien w przedze dokonuje sie przez wprawianie, za pomoca powietrza, dopro¬ wadzonych wlókien w ruch wirowy w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do osi komory przedzacej i odbieranie przedzy w osi tej komory. The main patent concerns a method of producing yarn from natural and chemical fibres by the method without spindle spinning, in which the joining and twisting of fibres in the yarn is carried out by setting the supplied fibres in a rotational motion with the help of air in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the spinning chamber and taking up the yarn in the axis of this chamber. In this spinning method, the raw material is supplied at one point in the stationary fiber vortex. The method according to the invention differs from the method according to the main patent in that the raw material is supplied along the entire circumference of the stationary fiber vortex. The yarn production method according to the invention is explained in more detail in the drawing, which schematically shows the process of feeding the raw material to the rotating air ring. The yarn production method according to the invention is as follows: fibers 5 are continuously supplied to the spinning chamber inside the spinning chamber 3 through the channel 1, along the entire circumference of the rotating air ring. The rotation of the fiber ring on the inner wall of the spinning chamber is caused by appropriate selection of the exhaust air stream. 20 30 In order to pre-wind, a section of the finished yarn is introduced into the spinning chamber 3 through the opening 2, which, under the influence of the generated air vortex, starts to rotate, undergoing twisting at the same time, as a result of which this section of the yarn is connected with the fibers of the rotating ring 4, and the produced yarn is taken out by means of known receiving devices. By using an internal supply of raw material around the entire circumference of the rotating ring of fibers, a more uniform and parallel arrangement of fibers in the rotating ring is achieved, and thanks to this, better parallelization of fibers in the produced yarn, higher strength by about 70%, elimination of excessive yarn elongation, greater uniformity of its thickness than in the case of conventional yarns. that is, when feeding raw material according to the main patent.
