1 przedstawia półprzekrój wzdłużny skorupy zespolonej z czepcem a fig.Description of the model The object of the utility model is the shell of a small-caliber grenade launcher projectile. With the development of grenade launcher weapons, the development of technology and new materials takes place, which allows the use of new materials and then the development and application of appropriate technologies for the production of small-caliber grenade launcher ammunition, in the range of 20-40 mm calibers. The 40 mm caliber ammunition is now widely used, while the 20 mm caliber ammunition is considered prospective. There is a known 40 mm grenade launcher with a low muzzle velocity 40x46, in which the cap together with the leading rings is made of plastic, while the bottom part of the missile is made of metal. Such a cap is only used for ammunition intended for ballistic tests, but it is not used for combat ammunition due to low mechanical strength. In addition, in 40 mm combat ammunition with a higher muzzle velocity of 40x53, plastic is used for leading rings in place of copper rings. Similarly, plastic guide rings are used for the 23 mm anti-aircraft gun. The disadvantage of the known solutions in which the leading rings are made of metal is the increased resistance of the projectile through the grenade launcher barrel and its accelerated wear due to friction of the metal parts on the barrel wire. The purpose of the utility model was to increase the effectiveness of the projectile's destruction while reducing the resistance of the projectile through the grenade launcher barrel, reducing the barrel wear caused by friction and reducing the weight of the projectile. The essence of a projectile shell according to a utility model made of plastic consists in the fact that the fire elements of the projectile in the form of metal shapes of various sizes, shapes and masses are arranged inside it. The distribution of the destructive elements in the shell was possible when it was made of plastic. Thanks to this, a significant increase in the effectiveness of the projectile's destruction was achieved, while maintaining the benefits of using the material, i.e. reducing the resistance of the projectile through the grenade launcher's barrel, reducing the barrel wear due to friction and reducing the weight of the projectile. A further increase in the effectiveness of the destruction results from the possibility of joining such a shell with the cap of a projectile also made of plastic, into which the cap is also embedded shock elements. The subject of the invention is shown more closely in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal half-section of the shell combined with the cap, and Fig.
W materiale skorupy 1 zatopiono i rozmieszczono w sposób uporządkowany elementy rażące 2 w postaci metalowych kształtek o zróżnicowanych wymiarach kształtach i masie spełniające funkcje wymuszonej fragmentacji. The shell 1, which forms the bottom of the projectile, may be made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (VHMW PE), or of moisture-crosslinkable polyethylene (VPE HD) or of cross-linkable polyethylene. ionizing radiation. In the material of the shell 1, the glaring elements 2 are embedded and arranged in an orderly manner in the form of metal shapes of various sizes, shapes and masses, fulfilling the functions of forced fragmentation. Such a shell 1 can advantageously be combined with the rest of the projectile, in which the cap 3 is made of the same plastic as the shell 1 and also has glaring elements embedded in it 4. The shell 5 and the orifice 6 of the projectile can also be made of the same material, which reduces bullet weight. The glaring elements 2 of the shell 1 and the glaring elements 4 of the cap 2 may be monolithic, they may be previously embedded in the material, forming a uniform insert before embedding, or they may be loose and programmed directly embedded in the shell 1 material as well as in the cap 2. Protective caveat for a grenade launcher made of plastic, characterized in that the glaring elements 2 of the projectile in the form of metal fittings of various dimensions, shapes and mass are arranged inside it.
