Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest taśma konstrukcyjna, służąca do produkcji przestrzennych urządzeń reklamowych lub ogłoszeniowych. W praktyce powszechnie stosowane są podświetlane, przestrzenne urządzenia reklamowe, zaopatrzone w co najmniej jeden ekran, wykonany z przepuszczającego światło materiału. Za ekranem umieszczone jest źródło światła. W zależności od zapotrzebowania, reklamę można w całości nanieść na ekran lub stworzyć z kilku z nich moduł, np. w postaci napisu z podświetlanych liter. Zwłaszcza w przypadku podświetlanych liter, boki takich urządzeń wykonane są z taśmy podatnej na dowolne kształtowanie. Z opisu ochronnego Ru-61606 pt. „Taśma konstrukcyjna” znane jest rozwiązanie dotyczące taśmy konstrukcyjnej do produkcji urządzeń reklamowych, zawierającej zagięte do środka obie wzdłużne krawędzie. Wzdłuż tylnej krawędzi przyklejona jest prostokątna uszczelka, zaś wzdłuż przedniej krawędzi, dwukrotnie zagiętej po 180°, przebiega pasek. Pasek składa się z części prostej i przylegającej do niej małej zakładki, która wypełnia przestrzeń pomiędzy skrajem pierwszej zakładki a wewnętrzną powierzchnią drugiej krawędzi taśmy, przy czym pierwsza zakładka przylega do części prostej paska opartej na wewnętrznej powierzchni taśmy konstrukcyjnej. Część prosta paska jest przyklejona do wewnętrznej powierzchni taśmy konstrukcyjnej. Istota taśmy konstrukcyjnej wykonanej z pasa, o zagiętych ku sobie, i ku wewnętrznej stronie pasa wzdłużnych krawędziach, tworzących pierwszą zakładkę i drugą zakładkę, przy czym do wewnętrznej strony pasa wzdłuż pierwszej zakładki zamocowany jest pasek, zaś wzdłuż drugiej zakładki przymocowana jest listwa o przekroju prostokątnym, polega na tym, że pasek ma postać kątownika, którego długie ramię przylega do wewnętrznej strony pasa, od strony pierwszej zakładki, zaś krótkie ramię jest prostopadłe do pasa i leży od strony drugiej zakładki. Kątownik jest wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego. Pas jest wykonany z blachy aluminiowej. Rozwiązanie przedstawione jest na rysunku, na którym : - fig. 1 przedstawia widok z przodu przestrzennej, przykładowej litery T, wykonanej przy użyciu taśmy konstrukcyjnej według wzoru, - fig. 2 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny przez literę T, w miejscu oznaczonym na fig. 1, - fig. 3 przedstawia fragment zaznaczony na fig. 2. Na figurze 1 przedstawiono przykładową literę T. Składa się ona z ekranu (1) w kształcie litery T osadzonej trwale w ramie (2), wykonanej z taśmy konstrukcyjnej (3). Na Figurze 2 uwidoczniono, że taśma konstrukcyjna (3) jest prostopadła do ekranu (1) i ścianki (4). Pomiędzy ekranem (1) a ścianką (4) znajduje się źródło światła (5), korzystnie świetlówka. Figura 3 przedstawia powiększony przekrój poprzeczny przez taśmę konstrukcyjną (3), wraz z przyległymi do niej elementami litery T. Taśma konstrukcyjna (3) składa się z pasa (6), który posiada zagięte ku sobie, pod kątem 180°, dwie wzdłużne krawędzie, w ten sposób, że pierwsza wzdłużna krawędź tworzy pierwszą zakładkę (7), a druga wzdłużna krawędź tworzy drugą zakładkę (8). Pierwsza zakładka (7) i druga zakładka (8) oparte są na wewnętrznej powierzchni (9) pasa (6). Do wewnętrznej powierzchni (9) pasa (6), wzdłuż pierwszej zakładki (7) zamocowany jest kątownik (10). Kątownik (10) składa się z długiego ramienia (11) i krótkiego ramienia (12). Długie ramię (11) przylega do wewnętrznej strony (9) pasa (6), od strony pierwszej zakładki 7. Krótkie ramię (12) jest prostopadłe do pasa (6) i leży od strony drugiej zakładki (8). Wzdłuż drugiej zakładki (8) zamocowana jest listwa (13) o prostokątnym przekroju, wykonana z gąbki. Kątownik (10) jest wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego, zaś pas (6) jest wykonany z blachy aluminiowej. Ekran (1) opiera się o pierwszą zakładkę (7) i jest przymocowany do kątownika (10). Z kolei ścianka (4) jest przymocowana w znany sposób, np. za pośrednictwem kleju lub szeregu wkrętów do drugiej zakładki (8) i przylega do listwy (13). A rectangular gasket is glued along the rear edge, and a strip runs along the front edge, which is folded twice at 180 °. The strip consists of a straight portion and an adjacent small tab that fills the space between the edge of the first tab and the inside surface of the second edge of the strip, the first tab being abutting a portion of the straight strip resting on the inside surface of the construction strip. The straight part of the strip is glued to the inner surface of the construction strip.
