Butelke stanowi przestrzenna bryla, majaca czesc pojemnikowa przechodzaca lagodnym lukiem w szyjke zakonczona glówka. Czesc pojemnikowa o wysokosci w przyblizeniu równej 0,6 wysokosci calej butelki, ma w przekroju w plaszczyznie poziomej zarys zblizony do kwadratu o dlugosci boku w przyblizeniu równej 0,15 wysokosci butelki. Szyjka butelki ma ksztalt cylindra o wysokosci w przyblizeniu 0,2 i srednicy zewnetrznej w przyblizeniu 0,05 wysokosci calej butelki. Szyjka zakonczona jest pierscieniowa glówka, z która polaczona jestlagodnym lukiem. Glówka ma zewnetrzna srednice w przyblizeniu równa 0,15 wysokosci butelki. Butelka wykonana jest z przezroczystego szkla, barwionego lub nie barwionego.
