Abstract

Listwa rolkowa typ 100 PZH HŻ składająca się z nierdzewnego profilu (1), rolek (2) o średnicy 28 mm wykonanych z polietylenu ultrawysokocząsteczkowego o niskim współczynniku tarcia (PE UHMW) oraz nierdzewnych nitów służy do transportu paczek i budowy transporterów. Dzięki wyoblonemu kształtu profilu i pełnej rolce listwa do minimum eliminuje osadzanie się resztek, brudu i odpadów poprodukcyjnych. Wszystkie materiały, z których wykonana jest listwa posiadają atest PZH HŻ umożliwiający jej stosowanie w transporcie żywności i preparatów farmaceutycznych.Roller rail type 100 PZH HŻ consisting of a stainless steel profile (1), rollers (2) with a diameter of 28 mm made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene with a low coefficient of friction (PE UHMW) and stainless rivets, it is used to transport packages and build conveyors. Opis wzoru Przedmiotom wzoru użytkowego jest listwa rolkowa typ 100 PZU HŻ, przeznaczona do transportu paczek, kartonów, budowy transporterów oraz do łączenia stanowisk pracy. Przedmiot wzoru użytkowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia listwę rolkową typ 100 PZH HŻ składającą się z profilu ze stali nierdzewnej AISI 304 (1), rolki z PE UHMW średnicy 28 mm (2) oraz nitowanych nierdzewnych osi (3), natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia rolkę wchodzącą w skład listwy rolkowej. Wszystkie materiały, z których wykonana jest listwa rolkowa posiadają atest PZH HŻ, umożliwiający kontakt z żywnością i preparatami farmaceutycznymi. Znane na rynku listwy rolkowe do transportu żywności zbudowane są z rolek z wyżłobieniami oraz profili o prostych kątach pomiędzy zagiętymi krawędziami, co sprzyja odkładaniu się brudu, resztek i odpadów poprodukcyjnych. Zaletą naszej listwy rolkowej typ 100 PZH HŻ jest gładki i wyoblony kształt profilu oraz pełna rolka bez wyżłobień, toczona metodą wtrysku z pełnego wałka, co do minimum eliminuje miejsca gromadzenia się wszelkiego rodzaju odpadów poprodukcyjnych. Produkt ten posiada bardzo dużą wytrzymałość na preparaty myjące. Wszystkie te cechy sprawiają, że listwa spełnia wszelkie wymagania do pracy z żywnością i preparatami medycznymi. Rolki stosowane w listwie typ 100 PZH HŻ są wykonane z polietylenu ultrawysokocząsteczko-wego o niskim współczynniku tarcia (PE UHMW). Tworzywo to charakteryzuje wysoka wytrzymałość na ścieranie, obojętność fizjologiczna, bardzo dobra odporność chemiczna oraz odporność na korozję. Dzięki zastosowaniu tworzywa PE UHMW, którego odporność termiczna wynosi od -200°C do +80°C, listwę typ 100 PZH HŻ można wykorzystywać do pracy w chłodniach, co jest szczególnie istotne w transporcie żywności. Niski współczynnik tarcia tworzywa umożliwia transport produktów, nawet przy niewielkim stopniu nachylenia listwy rolkowej. Listwa typ 100 PZH HŻ jest przyjazna środowisku, wszystkie materiały, z których jest wykonana podlegają recyklingowi i mogą być ponownie wykorzystane. Do transportu produktów przy użyciu naszej listwy nie zużywa się energii elektrycznej, a transport odbywa się wyłącznie dzięki naturalnej sile grawitacji. Jako pierwsi połączyliśmy pełną rolkę z specjalnie wyprofilowanym profilem oraz nitami nierdzewnymi. Szczególny nacisk położyliśmy na ergonomię kształtu połączoną z łatwością utrzymania czystości produktu, co przekłada się na czystość linii produkcyjnej. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a roller rail type 100 PZH HŻ consisting of a profile made of AISI 304 stainless steel (1), rollers made of UHMW PE 28 mm in diameter (2) and riveted stainless axles (3) while Fig. 2 shows the roller included in the roller strip. All materials from which the roller rail is made are certified by PZH HŻ, allowing contact with food and pharmaceutical preparations. Food transport roller tracks known on the market are made of rollers with grooves and profiles with right angles between the bent edges, which favors the accumulation of dirt, residues and post-production waste. The advantage of our type 100 PZH HŻ roller rail is the smooth and curved shape of the profile and the full roll without grooves, turned by injection from a full roller, which minimizes the accumulation of all kinds of post-production waste. This product has a very high resistance to cleaning preparations. All these features make the slat meet all the requirements for working with food and medical preparations. The rollers used in the type 100 PZH HŻ rail are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene with low friction coefficient (PE UHMW). This material is characterized by high abrasion resistance, physiological indifference, very good chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. Thanks to the use of PE UHMW material, the thermal resistance of which ranges from -200 ° C to + 80 ° C, the type 100 PZH HŻ rail can be used in cold stores, which is particularly important in food transport. The low coefficient of friction of the material enables the transport of products, even with a slight inclination of the roller rail. Type 100 PZH HŻ skirting board is environmentally friendly, all the materials it is made of are recyclable and can be reused. No electricity is used to transport products using our rail, and the transport is carried out only thanks to the natural force of gravity. We were the first to combine a full roll with a specially profiled profile and stainless rivets. We put special emphasis on the ergonomics of the shape combined with the ease of keeping the product clean, which translates into the cleanliness of the production line.
