Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego w ksztalcie plaskiej butelki, zakonczony u góry walcowa nagwintowana szyjka, stosowany jako opakowanie na plyny, zwlaszcza plyny chemii gospodarczej. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zarysie linii tworzacych sciany pojemnika oraz w ozdobnych reliefach wypuklych na jego bocznych scianach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - ten sam pojemnik z widoku od spodu w kierunku strzalki „W", fig. 4 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z boku z jednej strony, a fig. 5 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z boku z drugiej strony. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1-5 pojemnik ma ksztalt bryly zblizonej do graniastej z zaokraglonymi wszystkimi krawedziami, której dwie wieksze sciany - przednia i tylna - usytuowane naprzeciw siebie maja ksztalt zblizony do trapezu o lekko wypuklych dluzszych bokach tak, ze zwezaja sie one od dna w kierunku szyjki, przy czym bryla ta w dolnej czesci ograniczona jest dnem prostokatnym o zaokraglonych dluzszych bokach i zaokraglonych narozach, a w górnej czesci jej sciany boczne przechodza promieniowo w nagwintowana szyjke. Na jednej scianie bocznej pojemnika znajduja sie garbki poziome, usytuowane na jej jednej polowie oraz w równych odstepach od siebie w ukladzie pionowym, a na drugiej polowie tej sciany sa wypukle cyfry „250", „500" „750", które wraz z garbkami poziomymi spelniaja funkcje podzialki liniowej okreslajacej pojemnosc plynu znajdujacego sie w pojemniku, natomiast na drugiej przeciwleglej scianie bocznej znajduje sie relief ozdobny wypukly utworzony z garbków usytuowanych skosnie i symetrycznie wzgledem siebie oraz osi symetrii tej sciany. Ponadto, pojemnik posiada jednakowo uksztaltowane powierzchnie sciany przedniej i tylnej, na których znajduja sie kanalki profilowe majace poczatek w górnych ich czesciach ponizej szyjki i przebiegajace duzymlukiem wzdluz sciany bocznej z podzialka liniowa w kierunku dna, a nastepnie oba te kanalki polaczone sa z soba analogicznym kanalkiem poziomym usytuowanym w strefie dolnej pojemnika powyzej jego dna i przebiegajacym przez sciane przednia, sciane tylna i sciane boczna pod jej reliefem ozdobnym. Poza tym, obie te sciany frontowe w górnej ich czesci maja profilowe wglebienia o ksztalcie w widoku z przodu przypominajacym malzowine uszna czlowieka, usytuowane naprzeciw siebie i rozpoczynajace sie od zaokraglonych narozy sciany bocznej z reliefem ozdobnym. Korpus pojemnika w dolnej czesci ponizej kanalka poziomego ma odsadzenie przechodzace promieniowo w dno posiadajace wglebienie o zarysie prostokata o wypuklych dluzszych jego bokach przechodzace w czesci srodkowej we wglebienie w ksztalcie czasy kulistej, na powierzchni którego wytloczony jest napis „BLUX", przy czym na scianie przedniej i tylnej tego odsadzenia w górnej jego czesci znajduja sie garbki poziome polaczone plynnymi przejsciami ze wspomnianymi kanalkami poziomymi. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, the outline of the lines forming the container's walls, and the decorative convex reliefs on its side walls. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front; Fig. 2 shows the same container from above; Fig. 3 shows the same container from below, in the direction of the "W" arrow; Fig. 4 shows the same container from the side, and Fig. 5 shows the same container from the side, from the other side. As shown in figures 1-5, the container has the shape of a solid close to angular with all edges rounded, the two larger walls of which - the front and the rear - located opposite each other have a shape close to a trapezoid with slightly convex longer sides so that they narrow from the bottom towards the neck, while this solid in the lower part is limited by a rectangular bottom with rounded longer sides and rounded corners, and in the upper part its side walls pass radially into the threaded neck. On one side wall of the container there are horizontal ridges located on one half of it and at equal distances from each other in a vertical arrangement, and on the other half of this wall there are convex numbers "250", "500" "750", which together with the horizontal ridges function as a linear scale defining the capacity of the liquid in the container, while on the other opposite side wall there is a convex decorative relief made of ridges located obliquely and symmetrically in relation to each other and to the axis of symmetry of this wall. Furthermore, the container has identically shaped front and rear wall surfaces, which feature profiled channels originating in their upper sections below the neck and running in a large arc along the side wall with a linear division towards the bottom. These channels are then connected by a similar horizontal channel located in the lower section of the container above the bottom and running through the front wall, rear wall, and side wall below its decorative relief. Furthermore, both front walls have profiled recesses in their upper sections, shaped from a frontal view to resemble a human earlobe, located opposite each other and originating from the rounded corners of the side wall with decorative relief. The container body in its lower part, below the horizontal channel, has an offset extending radially into the bottom with a recess in the shape of a rectangle with convex longer sides, extending in its central part into a recess in the shape of a spherical cup, on the surface of which the inscription "BLUX" is embossed, while on the front and rear walls of this offset in its upper part there are horizontal bumps connected by smooth transitions with the above-mentioned horizontal channels. Essential features of the industrial design A container made of plastic in the shape of a flat bottle with a threaded neck at the top, shown in figures 1-5, is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a solid close to angular with all edges rounded, the two larger walls of which - the front and the rear - located opposite each other have a shape close to a trapezoid with slightly convex longer sides so that they narrow from the bottom towards the neck, while this solid in the lower part is limited by a rectangular bottom with rounded longer sides and rounded corners, and in the upper part its side walls pass radially into the threaded neck; - on one side wall of the container there are horizontal ridges located on one half of it and at equal distances from each other in a vertical arrangement, and on the other half of this wall there are convex numbers "250", "500" "750", which together with the horizontal ridges function as a linear scale defining the capacity of the liquid in the container, while on the other opposite side wall there is a convex decorative relief made of ridges located obliquely and symmetrically in relation to each other and the axis of symmetry of this wall; - it has identically shaped surfaces of the front and back walls, on which there are profile channels starting in their upper parts below the neck and running in a large arc along the side wall with a linear scale towards the bottom, and then both of these channels are connected they are an analogous horizontal channel situated in the lower zone of the container above its bottom and running through the front wall, the back wall and the side wall under its decorative relief; - both front walls in their upper part have profiled recesses with a shape resembling a human earlobe when viewed from the front, situated opposite each other and starting from the rounded corners of the side wall with decorative relief; - the container body in the lower part below the horizontal channel has an offset passing radially into the bottom having a recess in the shape of a rectangle with convex longer sides, passing in the middle part into a recess in the shape of a spherical recess, on the surface of which the inscription "JBLUK" is embossed, while on the front and rear walls of this offset in its upper part there are horizontal bumps connected by smooth transitions with the mentioned horizontal channels.
