PLPL 70 677 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a two-chamber glazing unit with a reduced weight and increased mechanical strength, intended for furnishing windows in residential buildings and public utility buildings. Insulating glass units are composed of several elements that affect the parameters of the finished glazing unit and, consequently, the entire window. Thermally toughened float glass panes, commonly used in insulating glass units, have a thickness of 4 mm, and for larger surfaces they are replaced with 6 mm or 8 mm thick glass, including laminated or thermally toughened. In standard windows, double-glazed units with ordinary float glass from the outside and thermo-fleet from the inside are used, which prevents the escape of heat from the living room. Thermal insulating glass units are known, and they are used especially in the production of windows made of two or three glass panes separated by spacer frames filled with a drying agent, with gas-filled inter-pane spaces. Insulating glass units are usually installed in windows in order to limit heat loss from the room to the outside. The well-known standard two-chamber glazing unit consisting of three panes with a thickness of 4 mm, between which there are aluminum spacer frames with a molecular sieve connected to these panes with a sealing adhesive, while the inner surfaces of both extreme panes are covered with a thermal insulation coating, and the inter-pane spaces are filled with argon and air mixture. There are also two-chamber glazing units by "Fakro" for various purposes, including, among others, a two-chamber glazing unit of the "DU6" type with an external laminated glass, having an increased resistance to shattering, consisting of an outer 6 mm thick toughened glass, internal toughened glass with a 4 mm-thick low-emission layer and laminated glass on the inside of the room. This package uses warm spacers made of plastic, and both 18 mm inter-pane spaces (chambers) are filled with a noble gas - argon. From the Polish patent application no. P.395532, a group of insulating glass units is known, consisting of four glass panes, including two "float" panes separated from each other by distance frames filled with a desiccant, in the form of a molecular sieve, with inter-pane spaces filled with dry air or noble gas, characterized by the fact that at least two outer panes between which there are two float panes have a low-emission coating placed on the inner surfaces of these panes, ensuring increased thermal insulation, and between with four panes and distance frames there is a primary and a secondary seal. It is also known from the description of the Polish patent application no. P.378827 a composite pane, which is a set of at least two panes located parallel to each other, and between each pair of panes a frame is glued in the form of a profile with a closed profile filled with drying material. A primary seal layer is placed between the contact surfaces of the frame with both panes, while the walls of the frame section are gas-permeable, and the outer channel between the edges of both panes is filled with a secondary seal layer. In addition, an additional primary sealing layer is placed on the outer surface of this frame closing the outer channel, between the edges of these panes. It is also known from the Polish patent description of the invention No. PL 189365 multi-pane insulating glazing equipped with a spacer, having a body with two rebate surfaces parallel to each other, adjacent to both panes of this glazing, characterized by the fact that this spacer is made of made of fiber-reinforced plastic and is joined to these panes by a sealant, and has slotted recesses on its upper wall. In addition, inside the cavity of this spacer there is a desiccant, which is silica gel (silica gel), or molecular sieves that remove moisture or water vapor, and the insert has holes in its upper wall to connect the interior spaces of this glazing and the inner recess of this insert equipped with a desiccant. The purpose of the utility model is to develop the structure of a two-chamber glazing unit, which is the filling of the window frame with reduced mass and increased mechanical strength, especially for mechanical impacts, PL 70 677 Y1 3, which at the same time fulfills additional functions consisting in, inter alia, protection against heat loss, protection against overheating, protection against noise and increasing the transmission of solar energy in the visible range directly passing through the glass of this packet, as well as increasing the corrosion resistance to changing weather conditions. The essence of the two-chamber glazing unit, according to the utility pattern, consists in the fact that the packet consists of three single glass panes, where both extreme glass panes are made of thermally toughened glass with a thickness of 3.00 mm and their internal surfaces are covered with low-emission coatings reflecting radiation. with high frequency, while the third glass pane placed between them is made of ultra-thin chemically hardened glass with a thickness of less than 1.0 mm, while all glass panes are separated on their perimeters by two distance frames whose outer surfaces and inner surfaces of the low-emission extreme glass panes are permanently connected by means of layers of a two-component sealant and a polysulfide-based adhesive. It is advantageous if the outer, lateral, vertical surfaces of the spacer frames, having a rectangular cross-section, are inseparably connected along their entire circumference by means of layers of an adhesive silicone binder with both low-emission coatings of the extreme glass panes and with both surfaces of the middle glass pane. and the inner surfaces of both ends of both layers of two-component sealant and glue based on polysulfide, the outer surfaces of which are flush with the front surfaces of all glass panes. The use of ultra-thin glass less than 1.0 mm thick chemically toughened in a brine bath in a two-chamber glazing unit, according to the design used for the central partition, made it possible to significantly reduce the weight of the entire structure of this unit in relation to the previously known solutions, and to increase the hardness of its glass panes , which reduces the number of surface defects causing light reflections. In addition, the reduction of the thickness of the glass panes allows to increase the transmission of solar energy in the visible range directly passing through the glass, while the use of chemically toughened glass allows for a reduction in the light reflection coefficient from the surface compared to thermally toughened glass. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing showing a two-chamber glazing unit in a vertical section. As shown in the drawing, the double-chamber glazing unit consists of three single, parallel to each other glass panes 1, 2 and 3 separated from each other on their circumferences by two spacing frames 4 inside, expressed with a rectangular cross-section, made of plastic, called "warm" frames spacers and filled with so-called molecular sieves 5, which constitute a hygroscopic drying and moisture absorbing agent. Both the outermost glass panes 1 and 2 are made of thermally toughened 3 mm thick float glass, and their internal surfaces are covered with low-emission coatings 6 reflecting high-frequency radiation, while the third sheet is placed between them glass 3 is made of ultra-thin chemically hardened glass, 0.85 mm thick. The outer lateral vertical surfaces 7 of the spacer frames 4 are permanently connected along their entire circumference by the layers 8 of an adhesive silicone binder with low-emission coatings 6 of both glass panes 1 and 2 and with both surfaces of the inner glass pane 3, while the outer surfaces of not 9 of these frames are also permanently connected along their entire perimeter by the surrounding 10 layers of two-component sealant and polysulfide-based glue, the ends of which are also permanently connected with both low-emission coatings 6 and silicone binder layers 8 and with both surfaces of the glass pane 3, while the outer horizontal surfaces 11 of these layers 10 are flush with the front surfaces 12 and 13 of all glass panes 1, 2 and 3. Moreover, both sealed chambers 14 and 15 of this glazing unit are thus formed between their spacer frames 4. they are filled with inert noble gas with lower thermal conductivity than air with a concentration not less Less than 85% to provide the required thermal insulation, preferably argon "Ar". In the second embodiment of this package, the spacer frames 4 are made of aluminum and attached to the glass panes with adhesive tape or a gas-tight one-component adhesive containing butcher groups.
