Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pakiet szybowy dwukomorowy o zredukowanej masie i zwiększonej wytrzymałości mechanicznej, który charakteryzuje się tym, że w przypadku pakietu szybowego dwukomorowego składającego się z trzech pojedynczych tafli równolegle usytuowanych względem siebie, tafla szklana (3) stanowiąca wewnętrzną przegrodę pakietu wykonana jest ze szkła hartowanego chemicznie o grubości poniżej 1,0 mm, natomiast w przypadku pakietu szybowego dwukomorowego zawierającego analogiczną wewnętrzną przegrodę (3) i zewnętrzne warstwy kompozytowe (16 i 17), każdą z tych warstw stanowią dwie tafle szklane (18 i 18') o grubościach poniżej 1,0 mm wykonane ze szkła hartowanego chemicznie, których powierzchnie wewnętrzne pokryte są powłokami niskoemisyjnymi (6) oraz zlaminowane z nimi za pomocą enkapsulantów polimerowych (19) tafle szklane (20 i 20') o grubościach również poniżej 1,0 mm i wykonane ze szkła hartowanego chemicznie, przy czym druga zewnętrzna warstwa kompozytowa (17) posiada dodatkową zewnętrzną taflę szklaną (21) o grubości także poniżej 1,0 mm połączoną trwale z taflą szklaną (20') za pomocą umieszczonego pomiędzy nimi analogicznego enkapsulantu polimerowego (19), natomiast przegrodę wewnętrzną pomiędzy obu warstwami kompozytowymi (16 i 17) stanowi również pojedyncza tafla szklana (3) wykonana z ultracienkiego szkła o grubości poniżej 1,0 mm chemicznie utwardzonego, przy czym zewnętrzne powierzchnie (9) ramki dystansowej (4) oraz wewnętrzne powierzchnie powłok niskoemisyjnych (6) tafli szklanych lub tafli szklanych (18 i 18') połączone są trwale za pomocą warstw (10) dwuskładnikowego uszczelniacza i kleju na bazie polisiarczku.The subject of the application is a two-chamber glazing unit with reduced mass and increased mechanical strength, which is characterized in that in the case of a two-chamber glazing unit consisting of three individual panes parallel to each other, the glass pane (3) constituting the internal partition of the packet is made of tempered glass chemically less than 1.0 mm thick, while in the case of a double-chamber glazing unit containing an analogous internal partition (3) and external composite layers (16 and 17), each of these layers consists of two glass panes (18 and 18 ') with a thickness less than 1 , 0 mm made of chemically toughened glass, the internal surfaces of which are covered with low-emission coatings (6) and laminated with them by means of polymer encapsulants (19) glass sheets (20 and 20 ') with thickness also below 1.0 mm and made of glass chemically hardened, the other outside the composite composite layer (17) has an additional external glass pane (21), also less than 1.0 mm thick, permanently connected to the glass pane (20 ') by means of an analogous polymer encapsulant (19) placed between them, while the internal partition between the two composite layers (16 and 17) is also a single glass pane (3) made of ultrathin glass less than 1.0 mm thick chemically hardened, with the outer surfaces (9) of the spacer frame (4) and the inner surfaces of low-emission coatings (6) of the glass panes or glass panes (18 and 18 ') are permanently connected by means of layers (10) of a two-component sealant and a polysulphide-based adhesive.
