Commercial mixers are known from the prior art. A dispersing mixer is known from the description of utility model Ru060956. The subject of the utility model is a dispersing mixer for preparing suspensions of solids in liquid substances, especially suspensions of pigments and fillers in binders, resins, and other similar substances. The dispersing mixer, having a shaft with bearings in a console mounted on a boom mounted on a column connected to a drive via a gear, is characterized by: A toothed disc is attached to the shaft end, and a ladle cover is mounted under the console, on a bellows compensator. The ladle cover may have a raw material feed flap and a suction pipe connector. A dispersing mixer with a pulsed heat exchanger is known from the description of Polish patent application P.421328. A dispersing mixer with a pulsed heat exchanger is designed for preparing suspensions of solids in liquid substances in ladles and is formed by a shaft with a dispersing disc mounted at the lower end. The mixer is equipped with meander-shaped heat pipes, which are located in the evaporation section. The heat pipes adjacent to the dispersing disc are located coaxially to the shaft in the adiabatic section, and are introduced into a phase change fluid tank mounted on the shaft and equipped with an inlet and outlet port in the condensing section. The shaft, along with the heat pipes arranged around it, is rotatably mounted in the tank. In the adiabatic section, the heat pipes are protected with thermal insulation. Mixer selection is not a routine activity and requires knowledge of the process requirements. Mixers are grouped into those adapted to low- and medium-viscosity media, usually turbine-type, and those characterized by a small gap from the tank wall, i.e., with a diameter close to the tank diameter. Turbine mixers are divided into axial and radial pumping types. Currently, axial pumping mixers are often used as energy-efficient hydrophilic mixers, with hydrofoil blades. Of course, it is always best to use mixers designed specifically for the process requirements. Hydrophilic mixers are known. These mixers are used in applications where axial flow is very important, mixing the fluid between the top and bottom of the mixing tank, and low stresses are desirable. They are characterized by uniform flow and low power numbers. These mixers are superior to axial pumping mixers, such as radial mixers. with inclined blades, due to the fact that these mixers do not generate as strong vortices as agitators do. Hydrophilic mixers can be used for powder incorporation, mixing, including mixing suspensions. They can be used without baffles for low- and medium-viscosity liquids and highly shear-thinning liquids. The purpose of the utility model is to design a mixer to achieve more energy-efficient operation. The energy-saving mixer according to the model consists of three blades, a hub mounted on the working shaft, a conical diffuser, and blades, and is characterized in that the blades are spaced evenly every 120°, and the outer blades are arranged evenly around the circumference of the diffuser, where each blade is pentagonal in shape and has two thicknesses, wherein in the lower part it is thicker than in the upper and from the front the angle of attack is 30° and the angle of attack from the back of the blade is 40°. Preferably, when the angle of attack of the diffuser cone is 60°. Preferably, when the outer blades are placed on the diffuser evenly at an angle of 45° to the agitator axis, opposite to the placed blades and have the height of the diffuser. Fig. 1 shows the structure of the agitator. It consists of three blades 1, a hub 2 mounted on the working shaft 3, a conical diffuser 4, blades 5. Blades 1 are spaced evenly every 120°. Outer blades 5 are spaced evenly around the circumference of the diffuser. Fig. 2 shows a cross-section with the dimensions of the agitator in the tank. Figure 3 shows the shape of blade 1. The blade is pentagonal in shape with dimensions A x B. The cross-section A-A shows the blade profile. It has two thicknesses: g and G. The length L depends on the height h3 of the diffuser. It is characterized by an angle of attack from the front of 30° and from the rear of 40°. The lower surface is profiled with a radius r 3 mm. The upper surface is profiled with a radius r 2 mm. The attack surface is made with a radius r 1 mm. Figure 4 shows the diffuser 4. It has the following dimensions: height h3, outer diameter d and a cone angle of 60°. Figure 5 specifies the dimensions of the outer blades 5. They are placed on the diffuser evenly at an angle of 45° to the mixer axis, opposite to the placed blades 1. The mixer presented in the solution is characterized by the following features: 1. Diffuser rim - increases the speed of the mixed medium passing inside the ring. 2. Outer blades on the diffuser ring - help pump the mixed medium to the top of the mixing tank. 3. Three main blades - the lower part of the blade with a radius r3 mm causes the mixed liquid to swirl in a vertical plane and drop it to the lower part of the tank, the upper part Agitator blades with a radius of r2 mm cause the liquid to swirl in a vertical plane in the opposite direction to the lower stream and force the liquid under the next advancing blade. The shape of the rear (non-advancing) edge of the agitator causes the speed and radius of swirl to vary depending on the distance from the agitator axis...
