Po teni naparówy- waniu drzewo równomiernie wilgotne i go¬ race suszy sie szybkp zapomoca goracego powietrza i t. d., ptzyczem wytwarza sie w ten sposób sztucznie rysy. Fig. 1 przedstawia przekrój podluzny urzadzenia; fig. 2 :— widok zgóry, fig. 3— przekrój poprzeczny w powiekszonej skali.Traktowane drzewo 6 wprowadza sie do komory a do naparowywania i suszenia, poczem nie zamyka sie bramy c. Nastepnie prowadzi sie pa re przez rury grzejne e i w ten sposób drzewo 6 podlega szybkiemu suszeniu w temperaturze do 150° C. Oczywiscie, do suszenia drzewa mozna stosowac inne od¬ powiednie srodki, naprzyklad ogrzewanie moze sie odbywac zapomoca powietrza, pe¬ dzonego wentylatorem. Aby osiagnac równomierne zraszanie, korzystnie jest zastosowac o- twory w górnej czesci rur g, zeby wytwo¬ rzyc tym skuteczniejszy natrysk z plynu, PL PLA tree to be impregnated with salt, for example with mercury chloride, sodium fluoride, zinc chloride, etc., is placed in the impregnation tank after it has been air-dried. As a result of the fact that the dried outer layer of wood is hardly permeable to the slurry, the impregnating salt builds up in the outer layer and thus makes it difficult for the solution to diffuse into the deeper lying wood cells, with an impregnation time of 8 to 10 days. more susceptible to impregnating agents, it has already been proposed to treat them with steam, for which vapors containing water, acids and cresol have been used. But even in this way a satisfactory result was not achieved, for the following reason: on a tree, for example, telegraph columns, saturated with subliinate (ainized) directly or only after evaporation, due to the action of temperature changes, form on them partially oblong scratches, even of considerable size, but those parts of the tree that have not been impregnated are exposed, because the sulblithmate produced only the outer protective coat. These unsettled parts deteriorate much faster under the influence of air humidity. 'Blowing through the mushrooms rather than the impregnated outer layer so that the inside of the pole is tough while the outside air is still untouched. The present invention removes all these disadvantages, namely: too long impregnation time, low penetration depth of the impregnation agent and the formation of longitudinal scratches after saturation. The principle of the present invention is that the tree, before saturating it with steam, is previously vaporized at a high temperature, in order to quickly bring them to a high temperature and at the same time moisten the outer layer of it, which usually after the previous laying is drier than the inner layer. After this infusion, the wood is evenly moist and warm, dried quickly with the help of hot air, and so on, artificially forming cracks with the bird. The latter produce the essence much more evenly and accurately than it would be to dry the tree without prior steaming, because in this case drying would be uneven under the influence of the wet core, and the formation of cracks would not would be as accurate, -as ¦, with the above-described method. Higher, so that it is impossible to discover unsecured places later, the tree is subjected to vaporization and simultaneous sprinkling at the highest possible temperature, in order to cause faster, more even and deeper penetration of the impregnating salts. With the simultaneous formation of the evaporation of condensates to which acid, cresols or hexanol and its homologs can be added, the core of the tree wets more vigorously, as a result of which its ability to absorb is considerably increased. Moreover, by repeated steaming with a simultaneous blurring after the first drying of the tunic, the impregnation salt is lost in the outer layer, as was the case with the treatment of dry wood. The impregnating salt solution thus has an open path to the inner cells of the tree, which results in a deeper and more even supersaturation. During the subsequent maintenance, the impregnating salt also penetrates into the walls created artificially by drying cracks so that, if these cracks are later it opens to the air again, but the unsecured places do not arise. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the device; fig. 2: - top view, fig. 3 - cross-section on an enlarged scale. The treated tree 6 is introduced into the chamber until it is steamed and dried, then the gate is not closed c. Via conduit d into the chamber a steam enters. the condensate is drained off after a complete evaporation, the duration of which depends on the weight of the treated tree. The steam is then passed through heating pipes and the tree 6 is thus quickly dried at a temperature of up to 150 ° C. Of course, other suitable means can be used to dry the tree, for example heating by means of air driven by a fan. After drying, the duration of which also depends on the weight of the tree, the steam tube df opens again on the bottom of the chamber and hot condensate collects to which acid, cresols or hexanol and its homologues can be added. The hot fluid is passed by a pump to pipes above the tree and from which the fluid drains through appropriate holes. In order to achieve an even spraying, it is preferable to provide holes in the upper part of the pipes g to produce the more effective spraying of the liquid.
